Nothing about my experience with Winkbeds made me feel the experience was great. It was ok but not fantastic. Shipping was delayed twice, the box was literally destroyed and re taped back together. But that's prob because a 100lb item was put in a plain box without anything to support it.
The overall experience was fine but I truly DETEST the post check out thing where buying the frame is presented as something I NEED to do. Its not convenient its shady, shady, shady and make me feel like i shouldnt have purchased anything from this co.
At the end of the day the mattress is fine, I like it... thats the point but nothing about my exp would make me reccomend this co over another.

Shipping said it would take approximately 2 business days to arrive which was a lot sooner than I expected, but the shipping label wasn't even printed until a few days after that. Bed came in in about a week or two from my order which I was more so expecting.

All went as expected. The plastic cutting device was very helpful. The mattress was in full usable order in minutes. No off gassing or packaging smells.

I asked not to be charged for a recycling fee as I don't have a bed in the room this mattress is going on. I was credited back $10.50. What was the charge for the Environmental Responsibility Fund and what is that for? Your company should cover that.

I have had the bed for a little over a week. It was easy to put together and I have slept like a baby ever since. My husband hasn't woke me up turning or snoring and I am beyond happy with our purchase. No smell to the matress and it took about two weeks to get.
Ordering from Wink Beds and exchanging our mattress for a different model has been an excellent experience. The customer service team has been really lovely to work with and the 120 night trial period is excellent. We ended up switching to the GravityLux and the exchange process was so simple and straightforward.

Excellent. I did not speak to anyone at the Wink Beds before placing my order as I found enough information to make my choice. I did call later for the dimensions of the mattress. The call was answered quickly by a native English speaker (No difficulty trying to decipher an accent.) who shared the information requested and offered to help if I had other questions. The mattress arrived in the time frame that was advertised, was actually very entertaining to watch it 'inflate.'. No/ problems with oder at all.
