Have been a loyal customer for many years as I pretty well only shop with Wine Insiders. My only complaint is that I get these "special" offers because I am so loyal but can never use them because they are not good when there are special sales going on which happens almost always. There is a business adage that acquiring new customers is always more expensive then keeping your old ones so take care of them. My advise to Wine Insiders is to stop giving out empty promises or mean what they say when you get a "special" $25 discount. Correct this and I will give you a 5 Star rating!
