The variety is great - they offer wines from all over the world at a price lower than my local wine shop. During the first month or so of COVID, there was a little delay due to the volume, but they set expectations and gave me a discount on my next purchase to make up for it.

Since that time, I have ordered at least once every 4-6 weeks and I can honestly say that there has not been a single bottle of wine that was a flop. I have ordered from this company for several years, before Wine Insiders bought out Heartwood and Oak. I feel the quality of wine has gone down, the prices have gone up, and overall is less satisfactory than before. They have undergone a number of changes through this corona-virus time, and are overcoming their shipping challenges, but overall I am less satisfied. I have since purchased from other companies for more reasonable prices. When I have attempted to contact the company for purchases that were less than expected, they have not responded.

Love that this is not a subscription club. I can order when I want and what I want. I can mix and match although I like white wines the best, but if it's my turn to bring the wine, I can order reds and whites. The wines so far have been really good and just my style.
