Wine Insiders gave us a wonderful beginning to their offerings. We were enticed by a Groupon discount and easily purchased 15 bottles of random, but fine quality international wines. I am not put off with the fact that some wines may not be "international" as the selection is random and the US does produce some fine wines. Delivery was our only downside as the estimated date was changed twice, but it is understandable in these (pandemic) times. Even with the changes, we received our shipment within five days. The selection has proven to be very enjoyable to date and we will definitely be a repeat customer. We easily recommend Wine Insiders to others!
My wife and I have enjoyed so many different wines - what a fabulous way to sample the world's offerings, and with few, if any, real disappointments! It is so easy to arrange your shipments, whether you're looking for an all red, white, or a mix of some fabulous wines you wouldn't get the exposure to, without a lot of searching or wondering what's inside the bottle - WI allows you to do it on a reasonable budget. We generally have purchased the box offerings, but WineInsiders hasn't served up anything I would be ashamed to serve. I have referred several friends to the site so they could decide for themselves, but for creating your own wine cache, and seeing what you like in the various varietals, I haven't found a better way to do it, nor easier.

Been buying wine from here for more than 5 years, including when they were Barclays wine, we easily go through few hundred bottles a year, and they make it really affordable with multiple promos. You get great tasting french and other European wines for a lot less than in store. No hassle fast deliveries. I have had to get a few bottles replaced a few years back as they were spoilt possibly due to delivery issues. They replaced with no problems. Any issue I have had has been resolved fast. I have been thru many mail in wine clubs, and this is great because you can order when you want, and don't have to order at a pre defined schedule.

Within minutes my order was completed and delivered on the date specified. We have consumed and served fived bottles so far and all were very good. We ordered a case of the Italian wines and received it very quickly. I looked up all of the wines we received and they were are well-rated using the Vivino app. We immediately ordered a second case. There was an issue with FEDEX and the second case; Wine Insiders tracked down the issue and fixed it quickly. Will definitely order from Wine Insiders again.

How could I have signed up for some "subscription " that I was unaware of without deceptive advertising or tricky fine print? Why was I sent 2 corkscrew promotion kits? The wine is ok.
I've been buying my wine's online for many years, and what I can say about this company of their selection of wine is the best I've tasted is at a reasonable price., and above the rest. The packing is extraordinary. I never received a broken bottle, even when FED EX dented the box, no bottles were never broken. I don't like paying a lot of money for the wine I drink, and if I am paying $ 8 a bottle, I don't expect a $20 or $30 dollar, and the $8 dollars a bottle, shipped free is good for me. Common they got to make $$$ to. If I want a #25 or $30 dollar bottle of wine I'll go to acquire it in a store

I've purchased from Wine Insiders for over 10 years, actually starting with Barclays Wine which merged into Wine Insiders. I have always felt that the company's customer service was top notch and their CSRs were very helpful when I called in. In recent years, I've almost exclusively ordered online and have never experienced a glitch. Once, several years ago, I did have an experience where the box had obviously been dropped and a bottle was broken. I called in and they immediately sent me a replacement. WIne Insiders consistently offers specials that are excellent deals on high quality wine that are delivered quickly. I particularly like the FedEx option of having wines delivered to a local store (i. E. Walgreens, Dollar General, etc) which allows me to pick it up when it is convenient for me rather than have to wait at home on the delivery date. I normally don't put up reviews but when I got an email from Louis, the president of the company, I decided to put this review up because they have been so good over an extended period of time.
