Cheap clothes! You get what you pay for, and in this store its not much. Bought a gown for $39 havent even worn it yet (ordered online) tried it on quickly zipper is broken! Its cheap garbage.
I ordered a dress for an event. Double checked that the style, size and color were correct before I hit submit. I get my confirmation and the size is wrong. I instantly got a hold of them only to be told there is nothing they can do. So now I have to wait to get a dress and turn around and send it back and now I probably will not have the dress in time for my event. I will NEVER order from here agin.
The manager was rude. I would give this store a NEGATIVE ZERO if i can. I went to exchange a pair of pants for a bigger size and that size did't fit either, so I went to get a refund and I was told that I had to get a gift card. Mam It does not state that on the receipt mam. 14 days for full refund and 30 days for exchange or gift card. I bought the pants back the next day. If u purchase online and take the merchandise back to the store you get exchange or gift card. WAITING FOR CORPORATE TO CALL BACK.
The prices for the dreses are good and everything is so beautiful except i bought $40 shoes and the first time i wore them they broke in less than 2 hours
4 dress max in dressing room which is fine. My daughter switched dresses and gave me 2 she didn't like and I gave her 1 that was holding. She had a total of 3 dresses with the one I just gave her. The dressing room employee came over and proceeded to reach her hand into my daughter's dressing room and said "you can't do that, give me that dress". I am appalled by the nerve of this employee. A dressing room is private and no employee has the right to violate that privacy. It is a dress for goodness sakes and we aren't stealing it. The proper thing to do would have been to explain the policy and that if we had more than 4 dresses, we would need to get back in line.
Horrible customer service, never recieved my order then they blamed me.
Supervisor Mike is incompetent to the 99th power by telling my I didn't know how to input my own address even though I also spoke to customer service to confirm.
Save yourself time and the hassle. My order never got shipped. I had to call multiple times to check where my order was and was told they would check with the warehouse. Received a call back and said they don't know where my order went... Offered to have my dresses shipped out but the Rep was incompetent to double check inventory that my dress was sold out. WTF on top of that they didn't give me a full refund. Does not deserve to be in business
Place an order that was never delivered. Associate was not giving me options besides to make a new purchase. Ask her for a supervisor and the sup- blame on me because pakg got retur to sender, and act as if she was a doing a favor on helping me with my order. She was so disrespectful and just offer the credit instead of send me the pakg. Worst experience ever. I'll never purchase on their website again.
I needed a dress for a wedding and decided to order from Windsor well... I found the dress and placed my order I received my confirmation and paid for extra shipping then later on i checked my bank statements and was charged a total of three times when I should have only been charged once immediately I called customer service and they were getting aggravated with me because of my concern of being charged three times mind you I only received one confirmation for my order so if I never checked my bank statement I wouldn't have noticed besides the fact that it was a mistake on Windsor's end they were upset I was calling and asking several questions to make sure I understood why this had occurred with that being said I am never doing a online purchase with Windsor again
Their shipping is not correct and they need to be truthful if I select standard shipping for 1 to 4 business days that means I'm looking to actually receive the package in 1 to 4 business days not Windsor take 1 to 4 business days to process order and then was told by a representative that if you get express it can still take 5 days how?! They need to do better with that I will not shop here ever! And now will have to return dress because the event I'm getting it for will past before I get it.
Bait and switch. I ordered an outfit with shoes. Received outfit and days later received an email that my order for shoes is cancelled. Not ok. Express mail a waste as the outfit is not available. Windsor offers items for sale which they don't have.
It was my first time ever shopping at Windsor. The BREA MALL location. I was there on 6/20/19 & I purchased a very nice burgundy dress. Coming home that day I checked out there website & I see that the dress I had just purchased for almost $200 was on sale for $70. I decided to place the order online & return the more expensive one. So I did. On 6/24/19 four days after my in store purchase I went in to return the dress & a manager named Ashley said I was not able to return my dress because it was final sale. When I purchased the dress the cashier did not tell me it was final sale. Had I known that I would not have ordered the other dress online. I was very upset & asked if there was anything she can do for me this one time because now I had 2 dresses exactly the same. She said there was nothing she can do but only give me store credit. That was $200 going to waist. I probably asked her about 5 times if she can please return the dress this one time & she said no. Then this lady which I don't know her name but I so wish I had asked her for her name who she said she was also a manager there. She was tall, light skin with blonde hair very kind lady said she would return the dress for me this one time because she wanted my first experience with Windsor to be a good one. I was so thankful for her to take action upon this situation to satisfy a customer. As to the manager named Ashley from my personal experience she needs a more understanding attitude. I left there was a bit attitude she didn't really want to hear my explanations & when I asked for her name she responded with attitude & turned her back twards me quick.

I order from their online store and nothing fit (their measurements are wrong) so I went to my local store to return the items, but the lady who works there said I can't because I used PayPal and the only way to return my item is to ship them back by mail. This is crazy! That shouldn't be a problem, I always used PayPal and I had never had this issue before. Don't shop from here!. Customer service don't care, they only want your money.
We ordered the dress on a Tuesday and arrived (in Toronto) the following Monday! We are pleased with the quality of the dress and the price was reasonable
Every time I order from here shipping takes forever. I typically only purchase from them for special occasion dresses and every order I have had has been late (even when I'm paying extra for fast shipping). Not sure what the issue is but it needs to be addressed.
I PRE ORDERED THIS DRESS ON MARCH 1ST WAS TOLD THE DRESS WILL BE SHIPPED BY MARCH 17. I CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE AND GAVE THEM MY ORDER NUMBER THEY STATED THE DRESS WILL BE SENT OUT IN MAY. I NEVER RECIEVED ANY EMAIL. TO MAKE IT EVEN WORSE THEY ARE TELLING PPL THE DRESS WILL BE IN MID TO LATE MARCH ON THE WEBSITE. VERY DISAPPOINTED THIS DRESS WAS FOR MY DAUGHTER JR PROM.
So basically I had forgot to put it the correct billing address (I used my campus address on accident) and then it said decline because I didnt put in the correct address, so I did it and my card went through TWICE! So instead of paying $35.00, I paid $70! I called them and then they said it's gonna take 2-10 business days for me to get MY MONEY back! Worst online store ever I don't recommend
Worse company ever. Wifey bought a dress for the New Years, dress dyed her body, watch, sheets, even the seat in our car. Talked with the store who said we don't manufacturer this. I look at the label it says WIndsor for manufacturing. I call the store back, well you know what I mean, I didn't manufacturer this so I have idea with caused this.
I then reach out to corporate takes days to get back to me, then another 2 weeks, they quickly want offered to take the dress back and reimburse expenses. Get a call back another 2 weeks later saying can't reimburse you for everything.
ALL THE MEAN WHILE I DON'T CARE ABOUT THOSE ITEMS. HOW ABOUT MY WIFE WHO IS STILL DYED BLACK FROM THE DRESS ABSORBING CHEMICALS 1 MONTH LATER HER SKIN IS DYED. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT HERE. TURNED MATTER OVER TO LAWYERS. JUST CRAZINESS, WORSE COMPANY EVER. RIGHT THERE WITH WELLS FARGO, VOLKSWAGEN, WINDSOR
Based on the reviews I've seen most are only talking about customer service... My question is this. Is the quality of the fabric good and does the dresses fit accurately to the sizing chart?
I shop at Windsor store very often because i really like their selection of clothes but every single time i come in the store the workers are very rude. The stores in Memphis, TN are complete trash; especially Oak Court Mall. The workers are always standing around talking about their weekends instead of attempting to help their customers. They don't even acknowledge you when you come in the store. The oak court mall location need to fire all their workers and hire new people that act like they actually like their job.
Answer: This is the second time this happen to me. Second time that i order online and did not get my package.
Answer: Their shipping is slow. You can return but return shipping is not free for evening gowns (evening gowns cannot be returned to stores so they must be shipped back).
