After purchasing 5 items online I then received an email stating that all the items I ordered were final sale. It was never stated anywhere before I purchased the items that they would be final sale. You guys are really sneaky. Not cool. Just be transparent. Terrible company
Ordered 2 dresses and 2 pairs of heels, I shopped on the Canadian site and put the currency as CAD.
At the checkout and the total of my order we're all in CAD but yet I GOT CHARGED IN USD!
There's nothing on their website that specifies them charging the US currency for International orders!
Absolutely terrible. Very sneaky.
The heels we're too small. Their size 10 fits like a 9. The heels came outside of their box?

This company has terrible customer service. First, I placed an order mistyping my address. I was one only one number off, and that incorrect address that I put in doesn't even exist, so I'm not sure why the order went through. Every other company would have had me correct the address. Anyways, as soon as I placed the order I noticed the mistake. I contacted their customer service, to which I was told, "we can't do anything for you." Mind you, it's not like the order already shipped, I had JUST placed it. EVERY other company has fixed this for me in the past, including small indie companies that just started up. There's no reason why they couldn't do it too. I had to jump through hoops with fedex and USPS to try and correct the shipping address. In addition, they sent me an email saying my package has arrived, but it wasn't there. I contacted customer service again, stating all the difficulties I had with them on top of my package not being there, to which they replied, "dispute it with the credit card company. Sorry for the inconvenience." Excuse me, but where's the proper etiquette? They should have refunded me or even just have done SOMETHING to attempt to make it better with the customer. To add insult to injury, some of my items arrived smelling so bad, and the others were fraying. Absolutely terrible, NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Do not order online! You do have to pay for shipping to send back your items and depending on where you are in the country this can get expensive! Also after I sent back my dress I emailed them to confirm they received the package and got a very vague email back that never even acknowledged if my package was delivered. I knew it was because I had been tracking it but it's been over two weeks and I still have not received a refund.
This online shopping site is absolutely the worst in modern history. There shipping service of 1-2 days is only after they decide how many days they choose to process your order. Meaning if you order something on Monday and pay 1-2 days shipping that means I should get it Wednesday latest. Oh no, I got my item 4 days later than that. When I contacted them they told I have to allow for processing time. Amazon, ASOS, Boohoo dont do that. If I order it comes within the time stated. Also, the dresses are not all that. RIP OFF DONT USE THIS SITE!
I placed an order and it got declined twice but took my money out anyways. When I called customer service they said my money would go back in 3-5 business days! Why even take the money at all of its declined. I've never had that happen anywhere else, if your card was declined then that was it no money taken out.
After purchasing several items from this store, I chose to return 3 of them. I returned the 3 items with my receipt and received a full refund. My original receipt was then taken from me by their employee. When I went back again later to return an additional item from that same purchase, I was not given my refund because I did not have the original receipt. After explaining to the manager that their employee had taken the receipt from me so there was no possible way for me to bring it back. She still would not refund my money back to my card. I know have a store credit to a business I will never shop at again. This was a waste of my $50 and I do not recommend.
They do not accept exchanges and returns you have to PAY FOR YOURSELF. So if you get the wrong size, you are SCREWED! Not to mention I paid $10 extra in shipping only for it to not arrive on time. It takes for ever to ship and when brought to the attention of customer service i was pretty much told "too bad"... literally the WORST customer service I experienced from any website
Save yourself time and the hassle. My order never got shipped. I had to call multiple times to check where my order was and was told they would check with the warehouse. Received a call back and said they don't know where my order went. They don't know how to do their job.
I left a previous very low review, the item they sent me was clearly defective and not as described, but I do believe from the looks of it that their stuff is made very good quality, mine was just defective, however their return policy and their shipping is not very good, but upon speaking to them, they agreed provide me a shipping label for return so I'm updating my review, but I do think they should change their return policy
Ordered a faux leather jacket that smelled horribly. They do not offer free returns. Would not recommend for that reason
Bought a dress for my daughter that did not fit. Immediately returned via mail since there is no store avail to walk in to in my city and was charged 22$ to ship it back. Dress cost 40$. What a rip off. I will never buy from this place again and let my family and friend about this
I ordered two dresses for an event two weeks away. The dresses did not ship for almost a week and then once they did, the date for delivery kept getting pushed back. They shipped it the slowest and cheapest possible way. When the items were no longer going to be delivered within the window they promised (1-9 business days) they no longer cared, or even tried to help me. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!
On a positive note, the actual store had a really nice sales rep.
Don't try returning an online purchase. Not only is the shipping cost on you, but trying to find a process for return is even more difficult. And their customer service won't help you if you're trying to return an item. I bought a body suit and earrings from the Windsor Store online. The website portrayed the bodysuit as lace with an underlay. Turns out the model was just wearing an underlay, the suit itself is completely lace. I would never wear this outside of the bedroom. USA- not ready. The earrings were for a special occasion and they literally broke off my ear minutes before walking out the door. Cheap #%^*. Don't waste your money!
Their customer service is absolutely awful, live chat is worse and their website is deceiving. I order a dress that stated final sale which was fine but it had an add on for a shaper to go underneath, I said I may need that. Nowhere on my order confirmation, when I placed the items in my basket or anything, did it say everything was final sale. I literally got the box yesterday, the dress doesn't fit and I don't need the shaper. No exhange, no return, I emailed, no answer, their live chat all the agent did was copy and paste replies so then I finally called where the agent spoke over me the majority of the time and she says well I can see it right here that it says final sale. Obviously as an employee you are gonna know where to go and see this information. As a consumer, I just clicked add on and it didn't tell me any of that information. I don't think I would be as upset if everyone that I interacted with at the company wasn't so damn rude, condescending and just absolutely horrible at the customer service portion of their job.
When buying online during thanksgiving sale. Order on cyber monday and not black friday. They do not have customer service set up to help the customer but to scape up all the customer's money. The customer service workers are not equipped to help you and they are not even friendly
I was waiting for my dresses to arrive for several holiday parties I was slated to attend in the next coming weeks. Windsor canceled my order with no explanation nearly a week after they'd already confirmed it had been shipped. Refunded my money, but didn't even return the whole amount! The phone number listed in the emails doesn't ever connect to a person. It says you've reached them outside of their business hours, no matter when you call. And they don't respond to emails either. I'm stationed overseas and it's going to impossible to find a dress and have it here on time now with such short notice. Ruined my holiday parties!
I returned a "special occasion" dress via USPS. 1. The company does not give shipping labels 2. I paid extra for tracking. My item was labeled as "received" on the 18th of OCTOBER. It's now days in November and I don't have a refund! I emailed customer service and they're unhelpful and useless. All they say is to give it more time. FOR WHAt?! You've had the item in your warehouse for over 2 weeks! DO NOT BUY ONLINE FROM THIS STORE!
I'm so so so disappointed with your customer service. I bought a dress yesterday and went home to try it on, it didn't fit quite right and when I went to return it the staff were rude, waited 20 minutes to come to the cash, and then told me the dress was a "special occasion dress " and could not return it or give me store credit or give me my size! This was a terrible experience and has left a terrible taste in my mouth
I ordered a dress for my military ball coming up. I requested to use the afterpay method. When my email sent it to me it said it was paid for by paypal IN WHOLE. I emailed immediately and because it was 10:45 at night i called early the next morning. They were immediately unhelpful and they just said "no we can't help you". They didn't ask questions and i called again later to the same thing. I'm beyond pissed about this because now they've take money from my family and won't even cancel my order, not even change the payment method
Answer: This is the second time this happen to me. Second time that i order online and did not get my package.
Answer: Their shipping is slow. You can return but return shipping is not free for evening gowns (evening gowns cannot be returned to stores so they must be shipped back).
