I bought two wigs and they sent a completely different wig. Not as advertised. Not human hair and no baby hair in front. We went back and forth through PayPal. The vendor said they would only pay 20 usd out of 58usd. I declined their offer. The hair company later can be back with two embark counter offer.
1 pay me 18 dollars to keep bad hair
2 or I return the two hair with my money for postage.
We are still on in. It a bit so much about the money but the fact that this Chinese's companies are rogues and PayPal Is encouraging such dubious transactions.
See below pics of hair sent. Shedding was same day it was received. Not human. And no baby hair in front as you can see patches in brand new hair

I've been looking for this wig for many years, it has great quality very beautiful cut fit my face excellent. I am very proud to wear it every Sunday with my nice suits for church, I get great compliments on it. I even ordered a second backup, I'm very pleased with it, thank you very much
The colour is perfect however the style too young for me and I have returned it for an exchange, the customer service was very helpful.
One word: "FRAUD" is what suits this company. It's over two months and I have not received my order. $150 GONE!
Poor quality, not real remy human hair, synthetic hair that looks very fake and this product and the company are a big fraud.
I have tried several wigs and this is my favorite. It looks like the picture, it is made well and the price is right. It's a must have wig to add to your collection.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Biggest ripoff I've ever encountered. Reading other reviews I see I'm not the only one who is frustrated with their so called customer service. Hopefully PayPal can resolve this problem!
This business is based in China do returns are difficult as well as communication. The wig I ordered looked nothing like the picture and looks awful.
I purchased a wig from this company to the toon of nearly $100. I'm on two different Chemo therapies & its taken a toll on my hair. I stupidly ordered from this company & didn't do my homework. The wig they sent me was a joke and in no way wearable... unless I go to a Halloween party, a costume event or use it on stage in a theater. Thankfully I did use paypal. I began a claim. Funny, they managed to respond to PayPal within 36 hours. Their representative "Molly" claims this wig is their best seller!" Okay, I can see it being a best seller if you are mentally impaired such as drunk or stoned. Their return states I can return in one week. I emailed on day 3. I received it New Years Eve. No where in their return policy does it require me to "justify' my return. Yet thats exactly what I'm being made to do! I sent several pictures of their wig compared to a quality wig I own. Even with it being several months older than their wig... I could easily show the disparity between the two. I can see this return is going to be a hassle. This is how many companies like this remain in business... they rip off what they consider "rich" Americans... knowing they have made it near impossible to return. They spend $2 on a costume wig and even if they give back 30%... they still made a tidy profit! I do not believe the positive reviews on here are real. I believe this company knows full well they are baiting & switching. I pray your endeavors are better than mine were and you stay away from this wretched company! God Bless
Do not fall for the website. Do your homework before you shop here. They steal photos from distributors and advertise as custom wigs. Wigs received are not the wigs advertised. They will not honor return policy and spend weeks trying to convince you to order a second piece of garbage! As a parent of a teenager who has hair loss due to chemotherapy this was such a horrible insult. Watching her cry over the horrible quality was gut wrenching!
Do not, I repeat do not buy from this company, they will not stand behind their products. My mother who is 85 years old ordered a top piece and when it came and it looked nothing Like the order she placed. The colour was horrible, different to sample, the wig it's self look like some dead piece of fur if you could call it that, there were no clips on it to attach it to the head and we've had nothing but the runaround trying to get a refund!
NOTE THE COLOUR WAS SUPPOSED TO BE 22 very pale blonde.
, I have ordered a human hair wig from wigsis.com on September 25 2019 and they took 287 us dollars from my debit card by PayPal. On 22 October I received a big box looking an wig box from out side but when I open it I only found brush and nothing else! They send brushes and plastic cheap wigs to people but for me it was only brush
And during the dispute was open on paypal they asked me to reship it back and provide tracking number I did, and Paypal send me email says Case denied because you didnt provide information we ask you to
So I call them again and again and its reopened again (the dispute) paypal canada was very unhelpfull so I decieded to go to my bank (td-Canada) and open a dispute for that transaction then I called paypal usa and I spoke to a very kindfull lady agent and she fixed everything while im online and I got my full refund
But I had to pay 88 extra dollars to win this dispute against them! Im tired from this

Great products and great service. I love the wig just wish it lasted longer. Also wish it came in a brighter red.
Never received the wig, they been harrasing me ever since to send them more money so they can send another one. Refusing to give me back my money. It's been 2 months everyday now
Spent over $1000 CAD on 3 wigs. After a month of waiting, I get 3 disgusting fake hair wigs. I paid for human hair. Sizing incorrect: wigs look like some $40 piece from a costume store; looks extremely cheap and fake. Stay away from this company. I'm contacting numerous service providers to challenge this company on the integrity of their sales and service.
I ordered blonde, I got red, I ordered wavy, I got very curly. The cap shows through on the top. I will say the hair it is THICK. Unnaturally thick. Not all like the picture, either in style or color. Honestly, I am tossing it right into the trash. Di yourself a favor and take a pass.
The worst customer service. Bad quality they do not stand behind their products won't give a valid address to send back! Big scam!
