WHYUNIFIED IS A SCAM!
February 5, 2026

Avoid this company at all costs if you don't want to lose your hard-earned money! They happily chat with you before they get your money and when you ask for updates, they give you the run-around. A class-action lawsuit is warranted for Whyunified and its owner!

Why Unified is a scam
January 23, 2026

I am writing this to warn anyone considering Why Unified. I paid $21,000 for a managed e-commerce plan exactly one year ago. Per our agreement (Agreement #[#*******]), they were supposed to manage my accounts and generate sales.
Instead, I have seen zero results. When I requested my refund as per the contract, they went silent. They have blocked my access to the 'Compliance Dashboard' and refuse to return my investment. I have all bank statements and documentation proving their breach of contract. I am now forced to pursue legal action and file complaints with the Florida Attorney General and the FTC. Do not trust their 'passive income' marketing—it is a $21k mistake you cannot afford."
Now they disabled my account after I tried contacting the in beginning of December. I can't login into my account, my phone number is disabled and I can't reset my password. Just because I asked them for a refund. I will sue the company, I will sue Robert Nikic and I will sue Kevin O'Leary for allowing this scam to happen. Shame on all of them.
Also, I already contacted CNN, FOX, CBS, ABC, MSNBC, News Nation for media access.
I will not leave them alone until I get my money back.

Here's exactly what happened to me, and this is the letter I sent to the BBB trying to get my money back:
I signed a contract with Why Unified on June 28,2024 for their "done-for-you" Amazon store. Two days later, I paid $13,724 by check. Their contract clearly states that if I'm unhappy at the end of the one-year term (June 28,2025), I can cancel and get a full refund.
Well, over that entire year they tried selling three products for me — not a single sale came in. Every time I asked for real numbers or guidance, I'd get vague lines like "you're close to the necessary metrics," but never any actual data.
Meanwhile, Amazon charged me $39.99/month until December 2024… when the charges suddenly stopped. That's how I discovered my store had quietly been deactivated. No notice, no explanation.
Before my contract ended, I emailed their Compliance Department to cancel and request my refund exactly as the contract allows. It's been over 30 days since then — endless follow-up calls, but no answers. They keep telling me I have to wait for a "compliance portal" that still isn't functional. Compliance doesn't answer calls or emails, and apparently they don't have a phone number.
I requested a full refund of $13,963.94 (my payment + Amazon fees) just as the contract promises.
Their response to my BBB complaint?
They said everything must go through their "secure Compliance Dashboard" — which, conveniently, I can't access because my identity is "still being verified." Their own page says it only takes 1–2 business days. It has now been a full month since October 30th, and I still have no access, no updates, no contact, no resolution.
It is now November 30,2025 — and I've heard absolutely nothing.
So yes — based on my experience, this company is a scam, and I'm going to keep posting my story anywhere I can to warn people before they lose money like I did.
If you're wondering whether to invest with Why Unified:
Don't. Run.
I wish someone had warned me the way I'm warning you now, five months in, and I am still waiting for a response for my refund.

October 4, 2025

Wanted to come here to share that I have hopped on to their Walmart managed store. I haven't really had the full experience given that its only been a few weeks but up until now I don't have any complaints. I have seen sales and I'm looking forward to the payout amount.

READ!
September 30, 2025

PLEASE READ! If you're on the fence listen up! I promise it will save you time. The company has mixed bag opinions. I am objective only and will only explain what has happened during my time. I signed up 6 months back and have three channels. Amazon, Walmart, and Prime. I have a managed add. The first two were set up quick. Prime took a couple weeks for the inventory to get processed. Expect this if you sign up for that. All products on the stores are bringing in sales. Some more than others. There are a few on each one bringing in the majority of my sales. I funded $10k for each of the stores for product. I experience a short downtime on Prime for two week after I waited to long to re-up the inventory. Don't make the mistake. If it is low plan ahead.

My contract ended with them this past March and they still owe me a refund.
They have refunded me the majority of my inventory money, which shows that they sold nothing and made me zero profit. They sold counterfeit items which got my amazon account banned 7-8 months into this contract and provided zero documentation or help get my store live again. I am still owed $******* &I have emailed and called multiple times with zero responses.
This company is flat out robbing people with this scam and this will need to be handled legally. They will leave a generic response here and do absolutely nothing.

If you read one review, let this be it. My experience was terrible. I'm taking legal action. I'll keep it short. I signed up because of their money back guarantee, that if they don't meet their projections I'll get a refund. Well I made $1550 the entire year and in month 8 my Amazon account was deactivated due to counterfeit goods, and they refused to provide Amazon with the documents they needed to reinstate the account. Every time I call I get someone in the Philippines that can do absolutely nothing to help other than tell you to wait. They give 30-90 days for a refund. It's been 6 months with no reply from anyone and now I can't get in touch with them because they deleted my account. I'm not one to leave bad reviews but seriously this is a messed up crooked company. I'm only leaving this to try and help others with the headache and losing money. I'm out $13K and working on legal action. DON'T SIGN UP! They are thieves.

Here is how it went
June 17, 2025

I tried selling on my own Amazon account with WhyUnified for about 3 months and I wasn't really seeing much of anything. So under their recommendation, I bit the bullet and upgraded to a managed account and I can testify and say that it's so much better. No more waiting for sales to come in. They already do every day. Once I saw the difference I was like ok, as long as I follow their recommendations I should be fine. They're the ones with the experience I just need to listen and do as they say. Every time I listened, I saw my store grow. They tell me I need to reinvest my profits into my fulfillment credits then I do it. And almost immediately, do I then see results, If they tell me to get an addon to help boost sales then I do it. Every single time they recommended something to me and I acted on it I saw my sales improve. It feels like they have the map and I just need to follow it. From personal experience, I can tell you if you follow their recommendations you'll be fine. If you don't you're probably going to fail.

Predatory Practices
June 15, 2025

I signed up for Why Unified on 2/12/24 for the Prime Amazon account General Store for 12,995.00 and added the top sales channel buy box and Amazon adds for 7,200.00 in addition to adding 2,500.00 for inventory as requested by the salesperson. As explained to me, this was the highest performing store. I allowed Why Unified to pick the product and set the pricing following all recommended guidelines for the account's success. I remained very active answering all emails and phone calls immediately to ensure a healthy account. I was promised through recorded phone conversations, emails, and text messages with the salesman for the account to earn 3k per month on the low end and 10k+ on the high end. This was a lie. After 12 months the account earned 1,096.00 in total gross sales. During those 12 months I was asked to remain patient, that the process was normal, and there was nothing I needed to do on my part to help the account produce more sales. I cancelled my subscription on 2/12/25 1 year later. It has been two months, and I have not yet received my refund request. Why Unified has stopped answering my emails, and all calls are now buffered so you cannot under any circumstances speak to the billing department, nor do they provide and email address for the billing department who is responsible for the refund. When I do get someone on the phone, they use words such as "ongoing" and "escalated" to stall your request and give you false hope that your request is being resolved. I was asked to provide my back account information to issue my refund almost two months ago. It is now four months and no refund and no update from Why Unified Corp. What is now alarming is the overwhelming number of reviews very similar to mine on other trusted consumer review platforms. In my opinion the company needs to be investigated further.

My store is now up and running. I have been seeing my first initial few sales and am seeing progress. I started with a $12,000 plan with $500 in fulfillment credits for products. Made $855 in a few days. Support says my store is brand new and that this is good. Not complaining. They have been very responsive.

I regret ever signing up with Why Unified. Despite months of waiting, they have made zero progress listing my products on Amazon FBA. Even worse, I now have evidence showing that: They are providing fake UPS tracking numbers — the labels have been created, but UPS has never picked up the packages (over a month later). They are telling Amazon that shipments are being fulfilled from a warehouse location that is not even theirs — a property that's currently listed for sale. Communication has been slow, evasive, and completely unhelpful when I request real status updates or resolution. This company promised fully managed Amazon services, but I've only experienced delays, false claims, and what appears to be deceptive practices with logistics and fulfillment. If you're considering working with Why Unified, I strongly advise against it. I'll be seeking a full refund and reporting these discrepancies to Amazon directly.

I want to start by saying the individuals I dealt with were nice but the company as a whole is engaging in deceptive business practices. I went through a rigorous questioning process before deciding to sign up for their Amazon Prime store and fulfillment credits of $5000 (their recommendation). It was like pulling teeth to get the reps I spoke with to put in a revenue guarantee in writing (104k). Once they finally did I signed up and started the process. Throughout the duration of a year I made $268 in revenue, a long ways off from that $104k mark. Along the way I received conflicting information about how things on their end work, such as why I put in 5k of fulfillment credits. In their words " Product quantity is intrinsically tied to revenue projections. Marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, and eBay link product quantity with the number of impressions a listing receives. This correlation is grounded in the objective of creating a positive customer experience by avoiding showing under-stocked products to consumers. For example, a listing with 10 units in stock would not be displayed to 5,000 shoppers. However, a listing with 500 units in stock could be viewed by over 10,000 shoppers." However my Amazon store had only 20 items in it for 90% of its life and when I asked why, because my understanding was to have a large stock due to their statement above, they then said a low amount of inventory was so they could change with market demands. I let it go. Always trusting they would make the proper decisions. Fast forward to month 9 and I haven't received a sale since month 3. I am seeing the writing on the wall that this won't formulate and I start preparing on my end for the end of my subscription on April 3,2025 and begin asking about the refund process and ensuring there will be nothing stopping me from receiving my money. It is now 30 days after my subscription ended and I'm no closer to a refund. I have called countless times and receive the same answer "we are escalating your case and conducting a follow up. You will be notified if there's a change in your review process". This usually results in a poor email that just says "your refund is under review". It went from it will take 14 days to it will take 30 days and now at 30 days they have no timeline for me. They won't let you speak to anyone in management and the billing team doesn't have a phone line you can access. I have some hope I will get the refund but the lack of answers when you inquire is ridiculous. I would save your money and stay very far away. I plan to write to my state rep, the Florida state reps, the better business bureau and any social website for review. This company needs to be held accountable and shouldn't advertise a money back guarantee if they will not honor it.

I signed up for Why Unified in September 2023 based on promises of automated ecommerce results. I paid $11,995 in full, and despite following the required steps, my store failed to meet any meaningful results. I requested a refund on September 9th, 2024 as outlined in their Terms of Service. Despite multiple follow-ups, Why Unified has ignored my request and failed to honor their own refund and service policies. I am currently pursuing complaints with the FTC, BBB, and Delaware Attorney General, and considering small claims court. If you are considering working with this company, I strongly recommend proceeding with extreme caution based on my experience.

I tried Whyunified for the whole 2024, with very poor results. They ran my stores and could not produce more then 4K all year. I submitted a refund request late Dec 2024 and i'm still waiting on my refund. I've been calling weekly and emailing them. I get the same response "we're reviewing your account" Do not do business with them.

Good long term investment
May 4, 2025

I reviewed the terms, cross-referenced disclosures, and ran numbers with my financial advisor. I wasn't interested in aggressive scaling, I was interested in sustainability. I purchased a single Amazon store under the general product category and invested conservatively at first, only allocating about $10,000 to inventory in the beginning. It took time. The first two months were underwhelming. But the updates from my assigned account manager helped me understand the cadence of fulfillment credits, product assignment tiers, account maturation. By month four, I saw over $6,000 in net profit and rising. I appreciate that the model doesn't rely on trendy products or hype. These are practical, everyday goods with consistent demand. From a values standpoint, I would like to see more diversity in the types of products offered, especially eco-friendly brands.

I joined with a mid-range Amazon + Walmart package and allocated approximately $20K for fulfillment credits. The Buy Box was included, which gave me control over listings—a feature I consider essential. The setup period was professional and organized. I received timely guidance, and the onboarding staff were patient when I had follow-up questions—particularly regarding product assignments and seller account protocols. My Amazon store began generating small but consistent sales in month two. By the end of month four, I had recouped the initial investment and began seeing clear profitability. The system itself functions well. It removes a number of logistical barriers that keep most professionals like myself out of e-commerce entirely like licensing, fulfillment, pricing algorithms, customer service. I spend 10 minutes a week checking metrics and funding product inventory. That's it. If you are evaluating this program, understand that you're joining a supply-based model, not a tech startup. Your returns are based on capital deployment and patience. This is not a passive lottery ticket as it's a managed distribution model. I would recommend Why Unified to serious investors who understand margins, are realistic about growth timelines, and can afford to leave capital in circulation for several months without immediate liquidity. That's the true profile that fits this platform.

I've been selling on Walmart for a few years and doing alright on my own. I wasn't looking for a fix, but more for a way to improve what I already had going. That's when I started hearing about Why Unified. What got my attention was the talk around their higher product margins. I was used to working with around 15% profit, which is pretty standard, but I kept hearing they were offering a lot higher through their setup. I figured it was worth looking into. From what I can tell so far, the margins are better, especially on certain products. Not all of them hit the high numbers people throw around, but it's definitely higher than what I was used to. I think a lot of that comes down to their supplier connections, which I don't have access to on my own. One thing I'll say is it's saved me a decent amount of time. Before, I'd be putting in maybe 15 to 20 hours a week just staying on top of everything. Since switching over, that's dropped quite a bit because some of the manual work is handled for you.

It works 100%
April 21, 2025

People complaining about spending $10k or $12k and not seeing results clearly didn't take this seriously. I spent around that in my first month, kept reinvesting, and watched my store actually grow. Sitting back and doing nothing isn't a strategy. I've seen the team in person, visited the office, and I know this company is legit. The results don't lie. If it didn't work for you, maybe you didn't treat it like a real business. The negative reviews don't scare me off, they just leave more room for people like me who are actually in it to build something.
