Right product great price. It arrived before I received the tracking number which was within the 7 to 10 days.
I ordered a pin drive prop. Received a spline drive prop. When I called customer service, I requested they send the correct prop right away with a return label to return the wrong part. I had plans for my boat, and needed the correct prop as soon as possible. I was told they couldn't ship the correct prop until they'd received the return. Therefore it would be another week and a half before I got the correct one. Not including the time I'd already waited. Not pleased. At all. I'd understand if I'd made the mistake, but the mistake was theirs. Now I'm buying a second new prop out of pocket so that it will at least ship right away. Then I have to wait to be refunded for the incorrect prop. Their mistake. I won't be shopping with Wholesale Marine in the future. They say someone who has a positive experience may share it with someone, while a negative experience will be shared with 10+.? I'll do my best.

Ordered my second prop, didn't get tracking/ shipping confirmation, had to search for a number to call on my other (wrong prop) order form because we couldn't find one online, the prop arrived late.
Delivery was prompt and intact, unfortunately I had to return the product as would not fit in my boat
