One of the boxes was missing a part, called twice, don't know if they shipped the missing part or not. I know that the lady referred my inquiry to her boss, but he has never gotten back to me. He has my email and my phone. When I called back the next day, a gentleman confirmed that the supervisor got the info and he said he would try to get it fixed, no word, maybe he did. #*******

Ordering process went well. - Prices seem competitive. - Now we wait, and see if the product arrives on time and in good shape. - Update 04-02-15: Box filled with styrofoam 'confetti'; Loose, toxic, environmentally detrimental packaging/padding materials. It's 2015, even though we're all using varnishes, etc. which aren't exactly environmentally friendly, companies can always be thoughtful with respect to the materials that they use to pack and pad the items that they ship. Not only was the styrofoam a pain in the butt to clean up, it was so crumbled within the box to the point that it was 'dusty' and became airborne for minutes. I got a huge lung full of it when I opened the box. Not cool. Also, the paper invoice that was included within the box did not have the price paid for the purchase, only the contents were represented within the text.
Called help line...very satisfied with the results of the call.
