However, one issue that may influence my future purchases with W/M is your your use of styrofoam packaging. In my opinion it is irresponsible of you to use it, especially since you are shipping to coastal areas. Once the box is opened the small foam beads float out of the package, on their way into the marine environment.

I have only one little complaint and it's not about the products or the service, but rather the listing of products. I needed a new steering cable, so I checked the listed items until I found what I thought to be the one like the one I had on my boat. Only when I received the product and had installed the cable, which was quite a job,I noticed that the helm wasn't exactly like mine. I went back on line to find that there are two very similar ones available. One is a direct steer and the other is "no feedback" steer. You would think that they would be listed next to each other so that a person could see the difference and check to see which one is really needed. Well I ordered the only one I saw which of course turned out to be the direct steer. I have installed it but have yet had time to try it out. If it works satisfactorily I will leave it on, but if not then I will order just the "no feedback" helm and replace it if it uses the same cable.
