User Friendly site, with good products
I love this site and use it all the time. The prices are great. Shipping time however has become a concern. Every time I have placed an order (until this time) would always arrive the next day when you used Fedex. It was something I got I could always count on and thought I could always count on until the last time when you decided to use UPS instead. I placed an order last Wednesday and like clock work, it shipped on Thursday but on UPS not reliable Fedex. UPS sent me an email telling me it would arrive Friday which is when I absolutely needed it by. I was worried seeing it was UPS so I called you and was told that the switch would not affect shipping time so I let it go and sure enough UPS delayed it until the following Monday. This shot my whole weekend working on our boat delaying my launch date by another week. Please do not use UPS and switch back to Fedex.
