Ordered 2 items, both were in stock. Paid extra to get it here early. A couple of days later we received an order status change email. One of our items was no longer in stock, so they were not shipping it. Email said they would ship when they got it in stock. A week later, still no word. Called customer service. No they still don't have it in stock & have no idea when they will. Had to cancel my order & order from somewhere else. It would have been nice if they would have told me up front that they weren't sure when or if they would get it in, instead we wasted a week waiting...Not sure if we will be ordering from them again.
