My order was placed on the web site and item was said to ship that day. Never got a confirmation or tracking number so I called and the customer service tried to helped me but were never able to get a number from the manufacture. Was about to cancel order but item showed up the following week. Linda was very helpful and courteous and followed up our conversations with emails.
Overall the product is the same I could purchase at a retail shop. The price ended up being the same when adding in shipping costs.
