Wrong chairs delivered. I called customer service and after supervisor approval, they 1st credited me 15 percent because I said I would keep the cheaper chairs. I had to call them back because 15 percent wasn't the difference. I thought I was getting a credit for the different plus 15 percent. Chairs are nice. Things happen
