They did not have my item in stock, which was a disappointment, however they did contact me through phone and email to notify me and offer to upgrade to a different product for the same price. It did take about a week to get my item once it was shipped, which was a little slower than I expected. However, the items seem to be good quality and I hope the replacement parts I received will work for their intended purpose.
