I had made more than a few orders and received them promptly. So, I have a history of spending about $1000 in the last few months. The last package arrived missing a couple items. They said they were in the shipment.
They were not in the box. They tried to tell me that they absolutely were. There is no way they were in the box when it was shipped, it arrived in perfect shape. They insisted on arguing the fact with me and hung up on me after waiting half an hour to through to somebody. DO NOT BUT FROM THESE GUYS. They will not stand by their mistakes. So they want me to eat the loss because they screwed up!
We got a new boat earlier in the year and needed the usual supplies... fenders, ropes... I shopped at several sites, but wholesale Marine is the best around. What they advertise as "in stock" truly is in stock and ready to ship. Great prices, fast free shipping ( w/ $99+ order), what more could you want? Very happy and will do business with them again.
The worst Company ever. They cheated an 87 year old veteran out of a return fee of 44.00 for a 28.00 item. They lied and told him the shipping return would be free AFTER he spent days and hours trying to get someone to answer their phones. Their customer service is deplorable and I recommend people do their best to stay FAR AWAY from this horrible company. I mean they have an F grading for a reason. Good job ripping off a war vet.
I found WM on line a few years ago when I received a boat from my dad... it needed a LOT of work! I've been using wholesale marine for over 3 yrs now... NEVER been disappointed with them! Their service is fast and friendly & shipping is lightning fast and their pricing is way more than fair! Give them a shot, you WON'T be disappointed!

So my wife and I decided we wanted kayaks but of course during the pandemic nobody had any in stock we went through hell trying to find kayaks once we found them then we could not find lifejackets we stumbled across wholesale marine and they actually had the the Yukon paddle vests which we wanted at a great price and got them in two days super stoked to have found them
This company had a lower price than Amazon, eBay, Overton‘s, and every other site I looked at. Unlike some of the other big Marine discounters wholesale marine ships fast, only three business days between my online order and UPS delivery. I've had to wait as much as two weeks from some of the other big names in the business.
Packaging was just the right size to safely protect the item and lots of air bag padding. The order could not have gone more perfectly. Highly recommend.
Just had to replace the anchor system on my 14 ft. Fishing boat. Ordered the same unit on Monday and it arrived on Thursday. It is exactly as described and is already on my boat and functioning perfectly. Nice to get what you asked for. Will deal with this Company in the future.

Prices not representative of gallon pricing. Even always over-priced West Marine was $100 cheaper per gallon on certain Wholesale Marine bottom paint listings. Very sad as there were other items I thought about purchasing. I'll go elsewhere.
Color not close to what chart shows have called five times tried to leave message but inbox full waited on hold for 30 to 45 minutes before hanging up I ordered olive in color and this pic is what they sent the boat is olive

I ordered a large waterproof duffel bag (which was stated to be in stock) and 2-day air express delivery, and 6 days later I've not received my shipment nor a reply to two emails to Wholesale Marine. Hello? Anyone home? Based on other reviews, I think I'll have VISA get my money back from them since they apparently don't do refunds either.
I bought a rebuild kit for fuel pump, sent wrong kit. Paid marine mechanic to install then take back off, called got return authorization and returned. They said they can't find it, no refund, no kit, no nothing except a marina bill to pay.
I made a purchase within their guidelines on the recommendation of the customer service representative I needed to get a prop by a certain date and they told me that it will definitely happen I also paid for extra shipping unfortunately the product arrived late and was unable to except it had to refuse shipment as per UPS I put a sign on the door they receive the item back I refuse to give a full refund spoke to Courtney mono and Rob all to no avail take your business elsewhere
