I was able to find my product quickly and easily and the product arrived when it was supposed to in time for me to install.

The reason for the low ratings is related to the delay in shipping. The item was 3 days late, I was refunded the extra shipping but never the less I had to purchase a complete order from another company. I currently would not use this company to order any further needs, as the lack of communication was unacceptable. I at this point have never received a return call nor a returned email. I am the one who had to follow up with zero results from the 4+ calls made. The staff I did speak with was polite but that didn't help in this instance.
We purchased the Minn Kota trolling motor and it arrived approx 5 days later for free shipping. I also emailed someone on a Saturday with a question and the reply was in my email Monday.

Wholesale marine gave me fair prices and handled the order well. Shipping of part of the order came in less than a week, the carpet came from a different warehouse and had a much longer trip, however was handled well and received in the next week. I received a good quality product and was not in a great rush to get it.
