I loved the way Brian S. Took care of my ticket with total professionalism. I actually booked my ticket about a month ago and one segment was missing. Brian told me that the domestic portion on the way home wasn't available yet so he promised to search every day and book that flight once it became available. In all this time, he would occasionally send me an email letting me know that he was still on top of the flight and he will continue looking which was great because he never forgot about my flight. I'm happy to say that he is true to his word. He called me earlier today letting me know that he just booked the exact flight I wanted for the missing portion. So a big thank you to Brian for all the hard work is well deserved.

I had the chance to work with Jason and I must say that I was very impressed by how fast he took care of my flight booking. I was looking for a certain flight so right off of the bat, we were already on the same page. It took him about 10 to 15 minutes of looking around to find me the best deal for my ticket. I booked my ticket about a week and a half ago with Frank. He was great in the booking process but became an even better travel agent in my point of view when he called me 3 days before my trip to follow up with me and make sure I had all my travel needs and documents all set. This is the true meaning of customer service, it doesn't end at the end of the phone call, it continues. In all of my years of travel, I've never had an easier time booking my trip. I've been planning this business trip for a while now and I thought that booking my ticket was the least of my worries. Little did I know how high the prices were now. Luckily I got in touch with Lana at wholesale flights. She found me a great flight in business class and I paid thousands less than what I would have booking with others. She was very nice over the phone and most of all very responsive when I had any questions about my booking. I would gladly book my next trip with her solely relying on her customer service and of course a cheap flight would help too! Thank you Lana!

It's nice to finally get to speak with someone who knows what they are talking about. I had the chance to work with Dennis and I have to really say, he exceeded all of my expectations. He found me a great price for business class flight and at the same time provided me with great customer service. All the questions I had about my upcoming trip, he had the answers to. Fast and reliable service is really hard to find these days. That's why the last 3 times I've traveled international business, I've stuck with Frank at Wholesale Flights. He's a great guy to talk to and he always likes to follow up just to keep you in the loop. That shows me that he's working very hard to keep my attention. Out off all 3 times I've booked with him, I've had no problems at all. Every time was painless as it always should be.

There couldn't have been a better time for me to find a new travel agent. The agency I've used before were always hard to get a hold of and sometimes the prices weren't even that great. Luckily I got in touch with Frank at Wholesale Flights. He took a little bit of time searching for my flight but eventually found one that suited me best. He got me a great price in business class and even offered first class for a little bit more but I opted for the cheaper ticket. He followed up with me in between the booking and everything just went great. I will continue to use Frank for any further travels and I hope the customer service always stays the same.

I wanted to thank Jason for helping me book my ticket. As a first time flyer in business class, I had no Idea how high these prices were going to be. Luckily, Jason had the knowledge and kindness to point me to the right direction. He gave me a one stop flight which is great and also from what i believe and have seen, a very fair price for my trip. Jason gave me all his info so I can call him on my next trip, which I would gladly do after the great customer service he has provided.
