I have bought some clothing from this online shop. The customer service was not good and the clothing quality was…. So, I tried to buy clothing from other online shop that was causewaymall.com. The service was good and the quality of the clothing was good. I'll keep placing order in causewaymall.com.
Buyers beware! wholesale-dress.net is the worst online shop! They over charge you on freight, it takes too long for them to prepare! It has been 10 days now and i still have no idea about my stocks whereabouts? Their reason: the clerk is absent, it is a holiday, 1 more day, the stocks are in the factory. This are signs that this is a HOAX! I confronted them through email and chat but they in turn scolded me saying that i should not buy from them if i have complaints. I asked for a refund but they did not answer... i am hoping that when i actually get my stocks it does not look like rags! Learn from my mistake. Do not suffer quality over price! I am so pissed of with this company... someone should shut them down!
Having tried one time, i felt terrible and waste of money. I bought 14 pieces of garment from them, only 5 of them were wearable, the rest were either ripped, having dirty stain or nonaligned. I felt like I'm being cheated and tried to ask for refund, but they refused and even stopped replying my email after few times of negotiate.
The money and clothing were wasted and I hope somebody won't follow my bad experience again.
So this is my first order from Wholesale-dress.net and I am so upset and couldn't believe how bad they do business. They just take your money and don't even care about your order. It's been 14 days since I've purchased items from there and my status says they are still preparing. WTF? Does it take you that long to prepare? What kind of service is this? So I spoke to several of the customer service online and they all gave me a non informative answer. They said they'll send it out in 2 days, 2 days later I spoke to them again and to my surprise the lady says they'll send it out in 2 days? What?... you just said that 2 days ago... I am so mad right now. Her excuse was in china they are on holiday? Well why the hell are you opening for and make customers wait this long? I do not recommend anyone to purchase anything from here. They have bad communication and customer service.
They have a MASSIVE selection of things, which can be too overwhelming but interesting at the same time.
Price points are slightly higher than asia-fashion-wholesale, but they do provide photos if they have them. I bought a few dresses and more than half of them were pretty and of good quality. Accessories were quite nice too and prices were great.
One main problem: postage is overcharged, for example, they would state the dress weighs 600g and hence you pay postage for 600g when the actual thing is 250g. These add up because I paid postage for 4.5kg order via Fed Ex, and when the box came it only weighed 1.8 kg. I was pretty upset about that because thats wasted money paid in postage for the company to profit.
2nd, www.wholesale-dress.net took 7 days to prepare my order after I've paid. More than 10 of my items went out-of-stock, but www.wholesale-dress.net mailed the parcel anyway and only told me the things were Out-of-stock when the parcel was on its way to me.
They then credit you the unsent items in store credit. So its annoying 'cos if I knew, I would've added other items to replace the unavailable ones, and again, i overpaid in postage! Anyway, i am pretty much stuck with store credit so I'll have to shop there again.
