I ordered some tulips and roses for an event. I am glad I went with Whole Blossoms, the flowers arrived very well packaged, were gorgeous and fresh, and delivered very promptly! Had I ordered these from a local florist I would have spent twice as much!
The centerpieces looked amazing! Will definitely buy again from Whole Blossoms for our event next year.

I had a fantastic experience with Whole Blossoms!
From the moment I made the order, the customer service was outstanding! When I got the flowers, to my surprise, they looked much more better than I was expecting. Everyone at the event game me a compliment on the flowers.

PEONIES POOPED OUT

The peonies were supposed to be golf ball sized when they arrived - they were larger and when we tried to use them two days later they were blown with most about 8 inches around - no bride could have a bouquet with massive peonies. Sent pics, they were dripping petals on top of it. Said nothing wrong with them - my hand was dwarfed holding them - their way to rectify was to offer to allow me to send them back on the WEDDING DAY! Got other flowers from Blooms by the Box, bunches direct and had NOT ONE PROBLEM. RIP OFF

I decided to use whole blossoms after being referred by a friend, I was very reluctant having never used a place from out of state before! My daughters wedding could not have been more beautiful, and I am so thrilled by the way it all turned out and came together with how they helped me every step! I highly recommend them and will be using them again someday when my other daughter gets married!

Nice Experience

I was in search of ‘a cherry on the cake’ element to compliment my personalized bright yellow themed birthday celebration of turning 21 last month. My choice was Blue Orchids and it only had to be WholeBlossoms.com for me to buy bunches of fresh blue orchids stems for best value for money. To nobody’s surprise, the theme and my 21st birthday party was super-duper hit! I will keep coming back to you guys! Awesome job and good luck.

If you order garden roses from Wholeblossoms.com you will be tremendously satisfied. For my wedding I ordered four lighter varieties, which included: blushing beauty, pure light, bright love, and romantic creamy passion. The energy this combination created was felt by all. I highly recommend ordering from them even if you don't have a wedding or event, they are that good. It was helpful to experience such friendly service and reasonable prices.

Very Good Quality

Very Good Quality! When I received my white ranunculus, dark pink lisianthus, and blush peonies I was more than pleased with the quality of flowers from Whole Blossoms. The wedding was beautiful and many people commented on how beautiful the arrangements looked. I even gave flowers away to my friends afterwards and they were excited to receive them. I very happy with Whole Blossoms because of my great experience and will use them again.

Ordered a bouquet of Lily of the Valley for a friend to be delivered last Friday. The flowers arrived completely dead and without the address of the sender (so she didn't know that I was sending them, as it was a birthday surprise!). I checked in with her today and after hearing that the flowers were dead, I called the company. Worst customer service I have ever had in my entire life (I know, that sound like an exaggeration, but it's really not!). Horribly rude reps, no supervisors ("we report to each other") and if you didn't file a claim the same day - how could I or she? - then there's nothing they can do, goodbye. Not even a sorry that the flowers were dead. Just yeah, nothing we can do, you should read our terms and conditions more closely. Wow. I've really never seen anything like this before. Please, please stay away from this company. There are lots of honest companies out there who care about their custoemers and their product.

I ordered rose petals for my cousin’s wedding. And WholeBlossom.com delivered organic rose petals of different colors, right at my doorstep in time. Those petals were fresh like a cool breeze and added the perfect rosy touch. Five out of five!

Ordered Aug. Peonies 2 months prior to my sister's wedding. Before the wedding WB calls, says they can't send my white peonies & the pink peonies would cost twice what I paid. She said I selected Oct. Peonies; I was skeptical over this claim (no way to prove I'd ordered the Aug. Variety; email confirmation doesn't list that detail. After going in circles with rep, I said I'd call back later with a substitute flower. The next lady I talked to at WB said, there's nothing wrong with your order; you selected Aug. Peonies; my manager okayed it all. Relief! But later I got a call from first rep w/ news that another flower wasn't available & I would have to pick out another substitution. Then she denied anything the second rep said, again insisting that my peonies were ordered wrong. The 2nd rep was "new", "sick" & the managers I asked to speak to said to "not bother them any more". So I got 40 "pink" (lavender-ish) peonies for the price of 100. The flowers were okay but I went thru crazy stress in the process! My experience showed me they would rather lose a customer than any amount of money over a website pricing error. I submitted this review on their site but I suspect they filter out any negative reviews as I have not been able to find this review later.

If you are looking for excellent quality fresh cut flowers at good prices, wholeblossoms.com is your best choice. I see some times reviews of people who wrote negative reviews and got concerned about my order but after researching more in detail those reviews, I noticed that the people making the reviews were speaking negatively about several different businesses so it looks to me as if their comments are not objective. I received my third order from wholeblossoms.com last Friday and I was thrilled with my flowers. I ordered in November and December and all I can say is that I couldn't be happier with the quality and the service received.

DISASTROUS
May 23, 2012

DISASTROUS. I ordered flowers for son's wedding. We followed all instructions, allowing 4 days for the buds to open. 2 days went by and no signs of quality issues since the buds hadn't opened yet. When they did, the flowers were wilted and had brown spots, and only 27 of the 200 flowers opened. We had to scramble to find local flowers that day to have all the decor ready in time for the wedding. I reported it to them with pictures, and they eventually advised me that i didn't follow their policy instructions to report and return the flowers within 24 hrs of receipt. This, regardless of their instruction to allow these flowers 3-4 days to open. It took 3 days for them to reply and zero consideration to offer any compromise. DO NOT ORDER FROM WHOLEBLOSSOMS.COM - especially if you have a time sensitive event in mind. Truly disappointing.

If you're going to order from wholeblossoms.com be 100% sure you need what you order. There are NO REFUNDS without a CHARGE. I was informed that no matter what, there is a 15% processing fee on cancellations. In this day and age particularly when dealing online, I find this policy over the top and draconian. They got their 15% but lost a customer and earned a bad review. I would go elsewhere.

After shopping at several online flower sites, i decided to give wholeblossoms a call. I spoke to Vanessa who took the time to get the answers I needed. She called me later in the day after we spoke to see if they could get me flowers that weren't advertised on their site. Well, they did and that earned my business. The other flower sites only sold what they advertised but wholeblossoms took the time to put a custom order for me. I only spent a relatively small amount so I was impressed by their effort on a small order.
