We ordered 9000 ivory rose petals for an outdoor wedding recently. I was a little worried when they arrived a day earlier than anticipated, but it was okay. Their quality was great and they easily survived a couple of days in our refrigerator as well as a couple of hours prior to setting up at the venue. They looked beautiful and made it through ceremony just fine :) We will definitely be ordering through WholeBlossoms.com again for future events.

WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A VENDOR EVER

I bought 500 roses and 2 bundles of baby's breath for my wedding so that I could do the centerpieces and bouquets myself.

As you probably could have guessed - the flowers didn't show up as scheduled. After hours on the phone with customer service (with them constantly trying to get me off to "call me back" -- meaning I had to call them back each hour because they definitely didn't follow up on their own)... we finally resolved that they would ensure the flowers were held at FedEx the following day so that I could pick them up at 8AM rather than wait all day for delivery.

I called back TWICE after that compromise to confirm that the flowers would be held at the FedEx store and to confirm the address.

Really, should I have been surprised that the flowers weren't held at FedEx the next day. Wholeblossoms didn't even call them!

The flowers didn't get delivered until late that afternoon and I had to scramble to get the arrangements done with only TWO hours before the rehearsal dinner.

The moral of the story is... spend a few hundred dollars extra. Save yourself the nightmare and get a real florist. Trust me... whole blossoms is a waste of time, money and energy.

Never experienced a worse company or customer service.

Oh - and they have the nerve to challenge bad HONEST reviews to get them suspended from websites until you prove your case. All I have to say to that is I will be posting on every affiliated website and I will prove it each time.

Fabulous! Everyone doing a wedding should let WholeBlossoms have their order.

The order was perfect, everything arrived on time and the flowers opened in 3 days as expected - beautiful! I will certainly use this company again whenever I have a bulk flower need - all my guests complimented the flowers and even 4 days after the event the flowers were looking great! I give them thumbs up! :)

Just The Right Pink

Recently I had a wedding in which I needed just the right shade of pink roses to complement my wedding theme and bridesmaids dresses. I searched every floral shop I could find to no avail. I heard from a friend that it was easier to find it online so I then looked up pink roses and found Whole Blossoms. They were able to locate the exact color I needed from a pocture I sent them. My flowers were not only the right pink but amazingly fresh! I recommend them now to everyone.

Awful

I bought 150 flowers that came too early and died bunny wedding. Only 13 were usable and I had to run and get grocery store flowers. I called when they arrived and they would not help me until the day of my even when it was too late. When I sent them the pictures the day after my wedding if all my dead flowers to get my. Mkney back they said it was too late... I had to do it the day of my wedding! Do yourself a favor and go through a florist... they are an ignorant company who fail to do right by their customers.

I ordered peonies, they sent dead roses. Then my next order came 7 days late, dead, I refused the shipment and they refuse to refund it.

Great Vendor!

I must say, I am truly happy with the way my wedding turned out. It was a memorable occasion filled with both love and beauty. We did an excellent job selecting our vendors, which all coordinated their efforts to fulfill the preparation and execution of an event that will not be forgotten. Whole Blossoms supplied us with some incredible peonies, roses, garden roses, carnations, and a few other varieties. They had an excellent website, customer service, prices, delivery, freshness and quality. They are number one on my list of vendors and hope to use them again for any future events.

Incredible Color!

Whole Blossoms has some beautiful flowers with incredible color. We recently had a planned event and ordered many varieties and was so impressed with the vibrancy of their colors. I also fell in love with their website and now look for other opportunities to have an event just to get more.

We had a very good experience with Whole Blossoms and I wanted to share it. I purchased 20,000 roses for Valentine's day to be sold by my church to collect funds for charity. We do this every year. We not only received the biggest heads of roses but the service provided for our order was excellent. Everybody was complementing the quality of the roses and we were able to sell all the arrangements since they stood alone in the stands of 5 churches. Price was very good too. We will absolutely continue using this vendor in the future and highly recommend them.

Here is a quick run-down, I got married last year and did my own flowers. Every other vendor was great and the flowers came just fine... except for the 250 white roses from these criminals.

Ordered and Paid: Then had BANK FRAUD $5k + (only purchase made on that card in 90+ days)
Received Email: "We never got your payment!" Called them, Oh, sorry, weird email, disregard.
Received Email 2: "YOUR FLOWERS HAVE SHIPPED" :| 60 days early, call them panicked: Oh, sorry, weird email, disregard.
Received Email 3: We won't have your flowers, we're sending you a different white rose.
10 Emails Later: They "guaranteed" that the roses would arrive on time.
5 days before wedding day: Your roses shipped, the ones you ordered, not the replacement, they're on their way (Huh, wow they get them here fast, ships Monday, arrives Wednesday)
3 days before wedding day: NO FLOWERS! I call them, get voicemail, no call back (all my other flowers arrived.
2 days before wedding day: Hurricane! They're delayed but will be there tomorrow.
1 day before wedding day: No Delivery. Finally reach them on the phone. "We'll give you a credit" (LIES)
1 day before wedding day: Go out and spend 5x what we paid for 250 roses to get 200 to replace the missing main flower.

10 days after wedding day: Call them, "Hey guys, haven't seen my refund...?" They tell me I'm not receiving a refund, they have no record of it and the I will get credit instead. What am I going to do with that? I'm not a florist, I'm a bride! " We'll call you back"
20 days later: No call back
90 days after the wedding: I call them to use the credit. "Sorry, your credit expired." I pushed them... We'll escalate and call you back within one hour.

Today 100+ hours later: No call.

They have my money, I have nothing. Whatever you do, go elsewhere.

I am simply grateful with the recommendations on the flowers for my wedding given by Whole Blossoms and the amazing flowers I received. I ordered babys breath for our vintage wedding and the decorations not only were extremely affordable but looked amazing. My wife and I could not be happier with our choice of flowers and vendor. We highly recommend these guys. If you need recommendations ask for someone who can help you and they will most likely help you find the right flowers based on your budget. I am simply pleased and will recommend this vendor to everyone who is planning to do their own flowers and get some extra savings for their big day!

I ordered 2 pieces of 10 feet layleaf garland and 2 18 inch wreaths for my Christmas decorations and they were beautiful and lasted all the way to new years. I order every year these greens from Whole Blossoms and what I noticed is that depending on the weather, the garlands and wreaths may last a longer or shorter period of time. Mine always last but my mom lives in Arizona and last year I sent some greens and they lasted a week and a half because they were displayed outdoors and the weather made them last less time. If you are planning to order wreaths and garlands, see what is going to be the temperature in your area. If the temperature is warm, I would recommend ordering for delivery right before Christmas so your fresh decorations look amazing for the holidays. If you live in a colder area, you should be able to display them at least for 3-4 weeks. I am happy with my holiday fresh greenery and will certainly be ordering in the future again! :)

My husband and I got married on Dec 10,2016 in Florida. Our weddings flowers included 2 jai malas with white, pink and red carnations for me and my husband, 8 small white leis of carnations for my parents, my husband parents, and 4 priests, 50 carnation strips for the mandap, assorted carnation heads for all our guests to throw at me and my husband to be after the ceremony for blessings. Our centerpieces included mini callas and gerber daisies, and my three bridesmaids bouquets included hydrangeas and greenery. We also ordered 29 boutonnieres out of which 15 had white roses and 14 red roses with some babys breath and greenery for our guests. Our flowers brought a lot of personality to our wedding and we were very happy with the flowers ordered from Whole Blossoms. We had several guests coming from India and we travel back and forth so ordering online was very convenient and easy since we could communicate with this vendor when overseas. I can't even express with words how much I liked my bouquet. Their Customer Support was excellent and we received our flowers perfect on time. All of the flowers including the arrangements, bouquets, and centerpieces were magnificent and matched our theme. We received many compliments at our wedding from our guests due to the flowers. We want to thank WholeBlossoms for their help on the selection and delivery of our flowers and recommend them as a trustworthy flower vendor if you are planning a wedding.

Horrible experience

I live in California. The service was great, nice people to work with. The garland I ordered for my client fell apart as they were taking it out of the box. I needed to spend an additional $150 on greens and hydrangea to fill it in and strap together where the wire was being pulled apart. Not to mention the travel time it took me to get to and from client and time away from my other job. Depleting, horrible and they would only refund me a third. Now I have I have to spend more out of pocket money on new garland :( not happy at all!

Beach Wedding

I finally got my dream wedding! Whole Blossoms helped to make it possible. I always wanted to get married on the beach at sunset so my husband and I flew some of our family and some friends at the Harbor Beach in Fort Lauderdale yesterday. The air was fresh and breathtaking and it felt refreshing to be in the ocean air. I had a bouquet of lavender and had splendid centerpieces at the beach reception. Each centerpiece had lavender roses and mini callas. Whole Blossoms gave us extremely fresh flowers and the price was very good. It was an amazing night!

Daughter's Wedding

I was extremely pleased with my last order of flowers from wholeblossoms. I have purchased from them 5 times in the past including orders for the wedding of my other daughter, an Easter party, thanksgiving, a baby shower, and a brazilian party we hosted a few years ago. For my Daughter's wedding, we purchased orange dahlias, white roses, white garden roses, orange roses, white hydrangeas, amaranthus and seeded eucalyptus. All the flowers were amazing and we received wow compliments from our guests on the arrangements my wife and sister made. What I like about Whole blossoms is that they tell you up front the issues that could happen with delays including customs, carrier, etc., that way we knew what to expect. I ordered also from another floral shop and before placing my order they over promise and then if there is an issue they do not stand by their product. I had a delay with whole blossoms before on one of my orders in the past but their advise on ordering earlier was very helpful. I am extremely pleased with my last experience and will continue using them in the future since we purchase flowers for get togethers and parties. I seldom ever write a review but wanted to share my experience since I was extremely pleased and have used them several times in the past.
