This is a site that Identity thieves would enjoy, they will assign you fake associates, fake telephone numbers, fake addresses, fake e-mails, nothing is verified, can't wait till the Senate passes a Data Privacy Bill to reign in these out of control gypsters. It ought to be a law that any data released with your name attached, firstly be reviewed, and verified by the subject, & supplied to them free of charge. Please everyone complain to the BBB & consumer protection agencies. The very name WhitePages is deceptive.
Related persons lists people who are not related and is missing persons who are. This leads me to believe that other information on this site cannot be relied on.
Terrible and misleading advertising They make it look like it's$4.99 a month. Then they ask you for $19.99.It's a real bait and switch and they string you along, Telling you they search your criminal history etc. And how shocking it could be.
I did a check on myself and can't believe the number of mistakes. I don't know half the names of people related. They put the same speeding ticket in twice. Dates of places i lived are mixed up. One place I lived at for 10 years doesn't include street address, and description of property is all wrong. Would not depend on this website to check other people if they cant get the right information on myself.
I have been checking their website to see if a phone call is from a scammer or not. They have consistently labeled all scammers/fraudulent/and robocalls as safe.
I didn't sign up for an account. The site specifically had it as a one time fee but now they're charging me every month. I called to cancel and they just direct you to an automated message no matter which number you press. HORRIBLE and absolutely no customer service.
After searching through 63 names I found the right person with the right address and correct relatives so I paid $9.99 to get the report and it sent a totally different persons information! Not at all the correct... anything. All the information in the report was for a different person. Don't get ripped off. Whitepages.com is a total scam
Not who I was looking for or who it showed prior to paying. Age differential changed and so did relatives will never use this service again
This company is not even make afford to search for correct data. My ex husband never live on the address I do and he has mine address. Also according this poor performance report we are still married. I do not recommend t his company to anybody unless you have money to waste and want have wrong information.
Trying to track down a bad tenant and they don't even have his current address a year later. Didn't tell me anything I didn't already know. Needed to find out if my claims went on his credit report. I got no information for my money. Stay away from this ripoff site.
"Casual User, 20 searches, $2.49 EVERY 12 months"... clicked on it. CHARGED $29.95 to PAYPAL. FKN thieves
I have never been convicted of larceny or run a gambling ring. But if you believe this website, when I was not even in the US but serving overseas in the Army, I was a criminal. Do not believe the information you find here. They combine other people with you if your maiden name is the same. Also I was never evicted from anywhere, but this website, says I was evicted twice from a place I never lived. This has happened because they are combing me with a Caucasian female, and I am not Caucasian. I never lived in Florida or Illinois, and that is how I could tell the website combined my information with another person. I paid to find out about the untruths.
This site just changed its policies in the middle of our membership. Instead of 1000 contacts a month for $9.95 it went up to $19.95 which was fine. Then 2 weeks later they changed it to $99.95 for 100 contacts only. THIS IS INSANE! They think they can bully people like that? Unbelievable! Wish they had zero star option.
This website is not accurate. Don't trust the information. It has my name confused with someone else that has the same name. Incorrect addresses, phone numbers, etc.
I signed up for this service back in November or so. Tried it, found it was highly inaccurate. So I cancelled the subscription. I was told I could try it free for 30 days. I talked to a representative and he assured me the subscription was cancelled. I've since checked and they have been charging me a monthly charge for the past 3 months. I've gone to my credit card company and they are removing the charges.
White pages premium is dishonest and inaccurate. Do NOT go near them.
This freaken site listed that I lived with my ex sister-in-law who has accused me of being mentally ill to do such a thing and junk mail is being sent there in my name to add insult to injury. She refuses to believe I did not do this and has ordered a cease and desist order against me having all her relatives also calling and threatening me. I wish there was a way to sue Whitepages for the stress this created for all involved.
Paid $9.99 and got no information about someone's criminal activity. It showed Into the individual had a lot of arrests but all it would say is, "No information available." Tried uploading a pic for proof, as I took a pic of what they sent me and all I get is upload a gif, jpg or PNG file.,
Stay away. Too many other legit and trustworthy sites available. Previous problem concerning charges, which apparently had to be resolved thru the credit card company. I don't even remember the issue, but when now trying to use the service again, they actually have MY account locked and unusable. That's fine, happy to use another service.
All information provided was wrong and there is no way to contact them for a refund. Total crap site. Don't fall for it.
If you get sucked into paying money, you get nothing for it. When you try to quit, it often won't go through. If you find your private information listed and attempt to opt out, all the system does is ask you to verify your information, claim it's calling you (but it doesn't) then report, "Your request to remove your information from Whitepages has been rejected due to an incorrect confirmation code."

Please join me in writing your members of Congress to make it ILLEGAL for companies like this who reveal everyone's private information to do business or even exist on the Internet in the U.S.
Answer: No. The brain dead knuckle dragging thieves who run that shithole of a site couldn't program their way out of a bag of dog-dookie. Idiots.
