Left me stranded

Call in to report a chg that should not be on my account they immediatly shut down my card and would be sending a new one out.
One problem with that I am an otr mootorcoach driver and won't be home for 30 days asked them if there was any way to get a temporary card since I'm 5 states away they said no. I asked can I get cash from a welks fargo bank they said not without the card so tell me wells fargo how do I eat when all I have is a debit card that us now shutdown and will be arriving in minnesota yet I am inTexas?
Can't get cash cant use the card 2,000 miles from home where the new card will be arriving which does not help me at all.

I filed a claim to dispute a transaction of over $100 that was already TAKEN out of my account that shouldn't have been there. The downfall on my part, I forgot to screenshot to transaction and the file has taken so long that I can't even go back far enough to see where the transaction is! I KNOW that the money was taken out of my account, yet the letter they send me (months later) saying the money was never charged to my account. Tired of the crappy customer service, tired of their shadiness, and their unreliability. I'll be closing my accounts and transferring to a credit union by the end of the month. Good riddance.

Wells Fargo Bank engages in bait and switch marketing targeting new customers opening checking and savings accounts. They advertise bonus offering saying "open a checking account now and get $200 after 90 days if certain criteria is met like having qualifying account deposits." But the catch is you need a code, which is nowhere to be found, in order to take advantage of the promotion. Wells Fargo's bait and switch marketing practices are unacceptable. Closing my accounts asap.

Found out later my Equifax file was messed up, so WF had right to be concerned. However, guilty before evidence is wrong, and when Equifax fixes their error I would opt OUT of returning to WF for banking needs.

Why do you accuse the innocent of crimes you freely bestowed on former unsuspecting Wells Fargo customers and got away with it for sooooooo many years?

I called in today to get a simple pay off amount to pay off my auto loan. There was a discrepancy on the number of payments I had left and when I asked about the discrepancy between the payment amounts x number of months left vs the significantly higher pay off amount the woman got extremely frustrated and rude. She absolutely made no sense. For nearly a half hour she kept repeating herself and getting louder/talking over me insisting there were only 11 payments left —-when I kept saying that didn't make sense (if only 11 payments were left I'd still owe them over $1600…. Lol) then she snorted and hung up.

I called back and was able to speak with a rep that had all their neurons firing and they were able to figure out in less than 5 minutes that there were 6 additional payments due on the account (6 more than the 11 the First Lady was adamant were only left) which made the discrepancy make sense. Ironically the helpful person was from an overseas call center (probably getting paid peanuts) and the fool who couldn't do basic math was from a United States call center.

Do not get your auto loan through Wells Fargo. This is just one example among many of how terrible their customer service is.

I was Wells Fargo client for more then 20 years
I had 2 Business Accounts and Personal Account with them
They closed all my Accounts in 1week without any normal explanation
My attorney will file complaint as soon as possible
That's absolutely ridiculous

Incompetent

Spent 30 min on 800 number call to get information to deposit a check that my homeowners insurance issued in my name with Wells Fargo Bank (mortgage holder). She was friendly and helpful. She filed the claim and gave me an endorsement number to give the branch. She assured me that any branch would be able to endorse the check. She said that I should schedule an appointment with a branch. I called nearby branch and set up an appointment for my lunch hour. I waited for 30 min before I asked how much longer it would be. They said they had no idea what to do. I had to return to work so I asked them to call me when they figured it out. They called me 15 min before close. I'm 10 min away. I told her I was on my way. The traffic was okay but I missed both lights (only two light between me and Wells Fargo). I arrived at 5:01 and everything was locked up. I told the woman on the phone that I was coming and she didn't mention closing time. My normal bank is open until 6. I honked and yelled at the drive thru until someone came to talk to me. At first they said we're closed. I feel bad, but I was so angry that they had wasted my time…AGAIN…so I yelled at her until she got someone to help me. I wish they hadn't bought my mortgage. I left them 12 years ago when they messed up my account and charged me $200 in fees. I wish I could move my mortgage. Wells Fargo is horrible.

I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS RUDE, DISHONEST COMPANY! They SUCK! They lie & cheat to steal money that isn't there's away from good, honest people! They don't know how to divide to figure out how much your payments should be. I or anyone in my family will ever do business with them and I will NOT refer anyone to them. It does NOT surprise me that they only have a 2.5 credit rating! I wouldn't even give them ONE star if I didn't have to. So I'm not surprised that's all they have cuz they SUCK! DO NOT USE WELLS FARGO! They are absolutely HORRIBLE! Can't wait till they file for bankruptcy!

Wells Fargo is One of the worst banks, they freeze your accounts for no reason, they don't help you over the phone, they tell you to go to a branch to leave you waiting 4 hours and they don't help you in a bank disaster, they also freeze your banking by internet the worst bnco that exists

I wake up one morning with my bank account emptied out and me my daughter and my pregnant wife live off that money you let other steal out my bank account. I filed a fraud claim with no worries about getting my money back because I didn't make the transaction. But then they tell me it came from my IP address and they're not giving me every single dollar I have in life back. I was two weeks late on my rent, I still haven't paid my power bill. Thank you well Fargo for ruining me and my families new life together, I'm glad you guys are making millions off holding people money captive. Never would I have thought that I would get money stolen out a bank account. $#*! you Wells Fargo

I won't take customer service at their word anymore after being told, incorrectly, after losing my bank cards and ID that I would receive a new bank card in 2 days because it was being sent RUSH. I also was told debits to my account by creditors would be declined. Well it's been 4 days and no sign of a card but Wells Fargo made sure they got the money I owed them. With no way of accessing my account I'm sitting here a single parent with $5 to my name and a hungry son. C'mon Wells Fargo, can't you do any better than this?

Wells Fargo held my funds in escrow for 9 days before they released it into my account. For me to have waited that long for my money was highly objectionable. Also, the bank is full of service fees with zero benefits offered to their customers.

After getting declined for a credit card application I received a letter VAGUELY explaining why, afterwards my situation changed and I tried again, it was declined again with the same explanation. When asking why they couldn't explain more specifically so I wouldn't waste my time, I was told it was because they didn't want "approval manipulation"... In other words; they'd rather customers blindly apply for THEIR services, wasting our time, because THEY don't trust the customers enough to be more specific about THEIR own requirements. I think I'm done filling out applications for your services Wells Fargo, thanks anyways.

I called the 800# to get my card replaced because it expires this month. Was hung up on twice. Finally called the Blue Lakes branch in Twin Falls Idaho machine said they can't take calls at this time. Called Addison branch finally got help 30 minutes later they canceled my current card to replace it. No debit used now for a week. The Card was expiring this month they handled it like it was lost or stolen. I'm really disappointed after being customer for 25years they wouldn't send me a new updated card automatically as mine is ready to expire. Not Good Customer Service!

Eveytime I call I get unknolegable representatives. Today I got one that every time I asked for a supervisor he said I can't hear you. I told him I know you can hear me and he said no, I cant hear you. This was after being on hold for over an hour. I called back and over an hour on hold later I get the same guy. This time he doesn't say anything for about 30 seconds and when I said hello he said hello. They dont know the answer to your question so instead of asking someone or transferring to someone who does they just play games. Im transferring all my accounts to a reputable bank.

I applied for a balance transfer, have over 700 score, was approved, they did the transfer but it was only for one third of the requested amount. What's the point? I did not want another monthly payment. Once i discovered this, i called them and after 3 hours of round n round, I only got the company "disclaimer" spiel. I had the old credit card return the money promptly and Wells Forgo insists I pay for the transfer fee even though my old credit card only had the funds for a few days. Never used Wells Forgo card or even activated it but they want to make over $40 off this botched transaction. Their agents are zero help and some were quite rude and combative. The bad rating I left from their "Rate Us" emails, showed some promise but reading their politician non-speak, I quickly knew this was a dog and pony show. Looks like I'll make sub $3 per month, at zero interest, payments. I would WELLs FORGO this company.
