Good quality products and prices, but i open up shipping box to find body lotion and deodorant items wrapped in further plastic... The planet is literally suffocating in plastic. This is no longer acceptable, if it ever was.

I bought their sonata breast pump for 400$. Stopped working after a couple of uses. Tried contacting the customer service so many times. They assured they will send a new one. Also confirmed through email that they have sent a new one. Never received a new one and they stopped replying to my email. I don't recommend anyone to waste their money with them. Customer service is not worth the price we pay

After years of being a loyal customer, they refused to refund my money for two cans of dented apple pie filling unless I sent them back, even though I emailed a picture of the damaged cans. These weren't tiny dents, these were dents big enough for one of my fingers to fit in. Health Canada food safety states that if a finger fits in the dent, the product is not safe to consume, nor is it safe to consume if the dent is small but by the seam of the can.

Instead of apologizing and refunding my money, they wanted me, a disabled senior, to go stand in line at the post office, during a pandemic, to mail them back two cans that, if they practice proper food safety, they'd have to throw out when they received them... unless they plan to re-sell this possible food poison in a can to another customer?

They were adamant that they can't issue a refund, despite receiving a photo of the damaged products, unless I returned the item... even in a pandemic, even though I'm a disable senior at high risk.

Call me stubborn but I'm not going to risk my health over two cans of apples!

So, because they won't let you delete your own account on their website, I asked them to delete it for me because I will not longer be buying anything from them... which they did... and so over two damaged unsafe to eat cans of apples they lost a loyal customer of many years.

If I wanted to risk food poisoning by eating food from dented cans that Health Canada says is not safe to consume, I certainly wouldn't be paying the top dollar Well.ca charges, I'd go to the discount bin at a discount food store. But I wouldn't eat food from cans this dented even if they were given to me for free.

Dangerously Unreliable
December 24, 2021

For the third time in a row, Well.ca failed to deliver my prescription. I only have enough for tonight, now, and I'm not supposed to go cold turkey. They're closed tonight and for the next two full days. I have no way of transferring my prescription. I'm in big trouble thanks to them.

Don't waste your time and money.

Unreliable shipping

I've ordered from them a few times but recently the shipper lost my order and Well.ca was unable to replace it. They did give me a refund but in the future I'd rather not be bothered with the inconvenience and will order from a company having the same products with more reliable shipping.

I had a bad experience with Well.ca when the package arrived at my house and I refused to receive it. And at that moment the driver returned the package, Shipper confirmed the acknowledgment. But after 12 November 2021 the status of the parcel has not changed as the parcel is rejected by the recipient and the shipper is being returned. Tforcelogistics They asked for several days to check and got a reply that the parcel could not be found and emailed me apologizing with instructions for me to contact well.ca for a refund or replacement, but I chose to request a refund. From well.ca, but the shipper kept silent and tried to get me to the police station to file a complaint. (I refused to go to the police station because it was not my duty. And the transport company never advised me to go to the police station. Because it's the shipping company's liability and Shipper will have to refund the money back to me) but I'm wondering why Shipper is stubborn about not refunding!? And I never received any email from shipper again. I'm disappointed that when this happened and this problem it's my big problem and it's corruption. The shipper refused to process a refund for me! well.ca is cheating over $400 of my money.

Since Petsmart purchased Chewy the service has declined. They now use Ontrak for delivery in our area (LA) not Fedex. Ontrack is horrible. I live in a semi-rural area and Ontrak has repeatedly mis-delivered my packages to who knows were. I have had to report mis-deliveries and have the items reshipped several times. Ontrack delivers down the road and throws my packages in the dirt by the side of the road rather than driving up the hill to my home (we live on 23 acres). I have reported them to Chewy 4 different times and each time been told they will only use Fedex. However, today 12/16 my husband "caught" the driver trying to leave the package of Rx meds at the gate (wide open) and house within sight by 40 feet. Driver was too lazy to drive up to the house to leave it on the porch. I called Chewy, reported it again and told them I will no longer use them for my RX med deliveries. IF I see any food or other merchandise deliveries not delivered by FEDEX I will discontinue all use of them and purchase elsewhere or at my local store. It's sad that Petsmart are ruining a wonderful company. 3

Been waiting 4 days for shipping to update from UPS and nothing! Just says "shipping label created". They've shipped with Purolator and I've received it faster. No updates, nothing! Well.ca is garbage. Don't buy from them if they use UPS to ship!

I have complained to them about consistently not being able to recieve my orders due to their use of the terrible and utterly incompetent carrier UPS. Though I was told I could request a different carrier when I spoke to one of their customer care agents, they do not provide this option on their site during check-out. I was told instead that customers need to "intuit' that they can request a different carrier by taking the extra step of contacting them before check-out [they do not specify this on their site]. This is really shabby customer service and I'm no longer interested in ordering from them ever again. Much better service elsewhere is available. Buh Bye Wellness.ca!

Ordered some over the counter pharmacy products from Well.ca Tuesday Feb. 23rd and received them Friday Feb. 26th. Packaging was great (no oversize boxes etc.) and both the discount offered for first time order and the free shipping were applied to my order without any issue. Had to make sure I entered the coupon code for the first time order discount but that's to be expected.

Overall it was a trouble free experience. Lost a day when Purolator decided to have a shipping delay due to weather (it was completely sunny & above freezing in the entire region that day so?). Not Well.ca's fault. I would order from them again!

5% discount is fake

When placing an order I was offered 5% off if I signed up for email. Order was then cancelled by well.ca. When I tried to place again, discount code was invalid (as used already!)

Stay away from them. They set up their website to charge you for shipping even when you've bought the required amount for free shipping.

Well... they've redeemed themselves in my eyes; they explained that in my region it costs more. However this should be clear from the start. Tsk tsk

Been ordering things for a while now, good quality items, never had any issues with that. Shipper lost a box once and they eere very prompt in answering and offered re-order or refund in very timely manner. Very pleased with all interactions!

Damaged

I had ordered a bunch of cleaners and when I received them the package was damaged and had leaked everywhere. I called the customer service right away and they didn't hesitate to give me a full refund and put a request in to have a different carrier deliver my next order as we have had problems with the carrier before. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

2-3 Week Shipping

Products are over priced if not on sale and usually take 2-3 weeks to ship. I usually shop around for each item I purchase from well.ca to ensure I am getting the cheapest price. If I'm going to pay more and wait 2-3 weeks from well.ca. It's not worth it.

Great customer service

I have been a customer for a few years and was always happy with their products and services. Today was my first time calling them and I was blown away. Had absolutely the best customer service experience ever! Polite, professional, no transfers to multiple agents, easy and quick. Will definitely shop there again:)

With little exception, everything on this website costs more than you can get it anywhere else. And many of the same products are now available at regular stores including Walmart. They're also very slow. Their policy is 3 WEEKdays to process the order which means if you place an order on Friday, it may not even ship until Wednesday of the following week. Then to add insult to injury, they choose TFORCE as one of their carriers. Why ANY company would use the absolute worst courier on the planet boggles the mind. TFORCE has consistent 1-star reviews for good reason - just go read some of the hundreds of 1-star reviews. Yet Well.ca chooses them. If your order is shipped with TFORCE either kiss it goodbye because it may not ever arrive, or be prepared for multiple "Your package is out for delivery" notices only to be followed with "We attempted delivery...". They don't. They lie. This courier plays games.
