The products are very well made. You wait a little bit on receiving them (normal shipping) with the understanding that you could expedite the shipping. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I had a bit of trouble getting in contact with someone for an RMA I needed. However once I did get a hold of someone they were super helpful and apologetic that they hadn't gotten back to me earlier. The RMA was handled professionally and I ordered another shirt that is perfect. I am looking forward to wearing it on my wedding this July in ***.
I have a 41" waist, which means I normally have to choose between a tight 40" or a loose 42" pair of pants. Because these pants were made to order I was able to order a 41" waist and they fit like I wish all my pants fit. They were for a wedding and I wore them all day and up until 11:30 pm. And best of all, because they are made well and look great, I can wear them again instead of throwing them in the closet for the rest of my life. Great customer service, and these folks really care about getting it right.
The quality of the shirt was top notch. I'm sorry that my husband won't get to wear it at his daughters wedding. When I ordered it I made a comment in the comment box that my husband had broad shoulders and wondered if he should go up in size. Unfortunately no one must have read that comment or bothered to call me to ask about it so the shirt I ordered was too tight and since it took so long to come in I didn't have the option to reorder so there went $110.00 down the drain c
The only thing that I see that could improve is the shipping notification updates. I was on a time crunch to received the shirt I purchased for my wedding. But I called and spoke with someone my that answered my question right away and I received my shirt thereafter. The shirt fit perfectly and I am very pleased to have purchased it.
1st time customer. I needed the clothing prior to the anticipated completion time. I asked for overnighted delivery with specific instructions for leaving the package on site. Wedding Tropics personnel contacted me, confirmed they understood and delivered well prior to the day I needed it. Well done. Excellent customer service!
Wedding Tropics merchandise is of a very high quality. The colors and sizing of their men's shirts was true to there catalog and to fit. I could not have selected a more appropriate outfit for my upcoming wedding. I highly recommend this site.

I purchased the pants for our upcoming beach wedding and they are perfect! The ship time was fast as well. The only thing I would change is showing the color of all the pants on a model. It was hard to tell by the swatch.
I ordered an XXL in this since the XL I originally ordered was too small. I've been reaching out to you for a return, but have yet to hear anything back.
