I recently ordered four items and one of them was backordered. A customer service representative called me the next day to see if I wanted to wait for all the items to ship together or if I wanted to change my backordered item to a different item because they noticed that my event date was fast approaching.

My men's linen shirt in ocean blue from Wedding Tropics is absolutely beautiful--a rich, saturated color and great fitting. My only knock is that it took a while to arrive. Not a big deal in the scheme of things, but I'm used to quicker deliveries from online merchants. Overall, though, I'd order from the company again in a heartbeat.
The service was wonderful. There were a few unclear measurements in my custom order and they reached out immediately to clear everything up. The communication between phone and e-mail was above and beyond. Great company to order from.

We received our customs embroidered shirt today and it looks fantastic! Exactly as described, and it was nice to be able to get the booklet to preview the colors. My only concern is I had a difficult time getting a response back to return the embroidery kit, and it seemed like a convoluted process, like they couldn't see my order at first. I sent it back and I still haven't heard anything or gotten the refund as their website mentioned I would, so this process needs to be made easier.

My fiancé bought me 5 shirts. The shirts are beautiful but unfortunately a bit small. I called to try and exchange them for a larger size but the agent told me that they are not exchangeable or refundable
Hey Brian, sorry about that! Unfortunately, the shirts that were purchased were all made to order custom made shirts. Our design it option was used to order the shirts instead of our stock option, which only the stock shirts are eligible for return.
Fast delivery. Good fit. I'd say just it runs slightly small for an XXL, but I'm somewhere between an XL and XXL, so it's perfect for me. Quality seems spot on. I think it will be a nice shirt to wear to a wedding in Hawaii. Thank you. I'd buy it again, and I'd certainly recommend the shirt.

Hello Elizabeth! So glad you liked the shirt. You have received a refund of $22 today for the booklet. The $10 was deducted for the two way shipping. Our sample booklets are not held in our fulfillment warehouse so it admittedly it does not use our standard process for shipping and returns, instead it requires sending an email to our customer service to get a ready to print label. Apologize for the delay in response, we get a little busy sometimes. Outside of the delay, was there another reason why may it seemed convoluted?
