We ordered tailored suit jackets and neither were tailored to the measurements we provided. Attempts to contact customer service have gone unanswered. We chose Wedding Tropics for the groom and groomsmen. Spent hundreds of dollars for tailored service just to have to purchase a totally different suit for the groom and order another size for groomsmen to have tailored locally costing hundreds of more dollars. Would not recommend ordering unless getting off the shelf sizes.
The order took a while to be delivered. No special size. Just a general. Size 2xL
And. This shirt does not look anything like the photo! This looks like a work shirt. Absolutely not fit for wedding or other special occasion. It is Way over priced in my opinion
Hi Shelly, we are sorry that you feel that way! You ordered a chocolate brown shirt, it is not usually a color that is customarily to be worn at a wedding. Yes regarding the timelines, these are all new colors and it is taking a little longer, we do apologize for the wait.
Wish sizing and choosing was simpler. Otherwise good.
The pants finally arrived, and they are excellent! The quality and fit are perfect. My only issue was the delivery time. They took a week, or longer, than expected. Also, two emails, and two calls went unreturned. Finally received a response after a text.

I returned the shirt on Saturday, March 21 waiting for my refund.
I wish it was easy to make a return. No option to select on any confirmation email forcing me to email and wait for response.
Your wish was granted, there is an option, it is on the footer of the website called "RETURNS AND EXCHANGES". From there you can click on the link and it takes you right to the return process.
When entering order information for return, your website doesn't recognize the order number. Chat is useless as well
Hello, we apologize for the inconvenience, but we have tested our return system and found it works correctly. Our assumption is perhaps the wrong order # was put in.
Its easy to see the pics of items for sale and pick the sizes that are likely to fit!

We do try to correct wrong measurements when we catch inconsistencies, but it is not always full proof that we catch. We are contacting you to find out what went wrong and which measurements were incorrect. If we find it is our fault, we will remake and reship at our cost. If we find it was not our fault, we will remake at a substantially discounted price. Either way we are here to correct the issue no matter who's fault.
