I ordered a vest & pants and the color matched. I returned the pants for a different size and when I received the new pants they no longer match the vest. Very disappointed
We purchased from this website because we were going to a February wedding in Hawaii and since we live in Colorado it was impossible to find beachy clothing in time- stores only have seasonal clothing. We were able to find a matching shirt for my son and husband.
I ordered the linen pants for my husband. I wish there were length options instead of only 36'' for length.

It arrived thankfully. But didn't let me track with the tracking#I got via text since I didn't have and account yet. After making the account... couldn't add the tracking number order to my account. Then the email back took like ~5 days with customer support. Wtf. If you order from here make an account first and gl with customer support.
Hello, you ordered with a guest account, if you do not create an account with us you have to follow the tracking instructions to receive the link by email as clearly outlined on the site. We checked our database on your order and do not have record of you inquiring for a tracking link. Regardless of that, you would have still been emailed the tracking, however, sometimes it goes to spam which we do warn of on the site. We do not have control when tracking goes to spam.
The shirt is beautiful and nice quality. Customer service was very helpful in correcting my order to get exactly what I needed for my sisters wedding.

Hi John, yes and I see you returned these items. We are at our end of year time and many items out of stock, we are expecting our new year shipment within 1st week of February or so. At the time you ordered, you would have seen on screen the items were out of stock with a 2-3 week lead time indicated. You would have also received a follow up email as well that indicated the same. You ordered still.
About the collar, that shirt style you ordered is a large collar style. If you had looked at the product images when you ordered, you may have noticed this style has a large collar. It is our only large collar style. Received my order in full. All was as expected. I will be ordering from Wedding Tropics again.
Had a little trouble navigating the website for the colors available. They should all be together for each style. Also, when they arrived, though called the same pant, they were slightly different in design. The Velero Italian Linen Drawstring Pant in Natural has pockets in the back and is slightly heavier. The same pant in white, no back pockets. Though, not hemmed, the white pant was considerably longer. The fit was good on both but a little different. It's like a style change was made and not corrected in their inventory.
Your clothing is better quality than a few of the other shops online for linen wedding attire. I was hoping for a light grey suit for my groom and you guys had exactly what I was looking for. Had to get a bigger size shirt and the service department was quick to respond with the shipping label and new shirt came extremely fast! Very satisficed customer! Can't wait to see my future husband in his gorgeous wedding attire!
I live in Hawaii and decided to elope. We needed the clothes fast and got them in 2 days which is almost impossible here on island. Great quality material and excellent customer service. Thank you.

Hey Brandon, really sorry about that! We do our best but the fabric runs are extremely challenging to keep perfect from run to run. Particularly with our dark gray. The pants and vest you ordered the first time were both from stock that is from last year, but the pants from the second order were custom made to order and our new fabrics. I will call you Monday to discuss making you another vest to match. The good news is we have a lot of time!
