Great experience... ordered scope and rings. Ordered the wrong rings (my fault) but Webyshops gladly exchanged them... even paid freight. I'm a customer for life.

Scope came in on time eye piece end loose, contacted webyshop was told i had to contact burris i did sent to burris they still have it, i will miss hunting season. Your customer service did not help any my 5yr old grandchild could told me to send it to burris
Shipment of my order (item in stock) took place more than a week from payment.
The small item I ordered reached me with considerable delay, besides wrongly priced on customs form- which created extra costs/hussle!
Also, shipment costs outregiously expensive for a tinny order..

I purchased an EoTech EXPS 3 sight from webyshops. The communication & help with exporting the item to a foreign country was excellent. Cost was excellent with a discount thrown in & the cost of shipping was reasonable & fast. I would deal with webyshops.com again.

I was happy to find the rifle scope I was looking for as it was unavailable anywhere else. They offered it at a fair price and the guy I talked to on the telephone was very helpful and friendly. The scope arrived in a timely manner and was exactly what I had ordered. However, my experience was a bit disappointing for another reason...
I almost never buy anything that requires a signature upon delivery because I work out of town and it is extremely difficult for me to be home to sign for a package when UPS arrives. I specifically asked the webyshops representative if the scope would require a signature when it arrived as I didn't want to bother with the hassle of trying to get home and wait for the UPS truck. He assured me that there would be no signature requirement. Imagine my surprise when I looked at my tracking info and saw that the package required a signature! I had to take off of work early and go sit at my house and wait for UPS. I never would have placed the order if I had been told the truth about the signature requirement. They talk a good talk and provide the product that is advertised, but the fact that they lied to me about the signature requirement will ensure that I never do business with them again. Someone who would deceive a customer, just to make the sale and collect his commission is not someone I wish to do business with.
Item received is what I ordered. Price was exceptional.
By far the cheapest prices around and very fast to ship! I'll be using them again!
