Great site. Great prices. Great service! My most recent purchase was a rifle scope. They sent the wrong model in error. I contacted customer service and was issued a UPS pickup label. As soon as the tracking number was in the system, the correct scope was on the way. I will continue to do business with them.
Weby's is great! It's impossible to beat the service they provide as they do their best to make it as personal as possible. I practically have a personal shopper and technical advisor in the person of Jeb over at Weby's. My questions about scopes, tools and accessories are always answered and Weby's is probably the only American based on-line retailer of its kind that will actually do the work required to get your ITAR regulated goods through the application process and approved for export. The selection of goods is terrific and prices are always fair or bordering on cheap! I do about 90% of all my on-line accessory and tool shopping for shooting, hunting and general marksmanship needs at weby's on-line store... and I live in the Philippines. Go figure.

I ordered 2 items from this website, one was on back-order. They contacted me within a day or two to tell me that one item was out of stock and asked me how I wanted to proceed. Did I want to wait and receive both items at the same time, did I want the first item shipped now and the second item shipped when it came in (which was expected within 4 business days) or did I want to cancel the second item. Now that's great service! I choose to receive my order in 2 shipments and that's what I got, and within the described time frame.

Product is fine. Asked to sign up for their email and get $10 off order. Tried to use it but it was not allowed. Inquired as to why via email to Customer Service and was told it was because the product was already on sale. Did not see anything stating this when signjng up for email. Will not use again.

I bought 3 mini 14 magazines and one was defective. I called and was directed to contact the manufacturer. I left the manufacturer a message and was informed that they would call back within 72 hours; they never did. I called webyshops.com customer service again and Derek honored the manufacturer's lifetime warranty by sending me a new magazine... no charge, no shipping, no returning the defective mag. A+ customer service in my book. They always have fast shipping too. My only gripe is that they don't carry everything I ever need; otherwise, they'd be my only online store.
