Ordered an upper receiver after confirming that it was actually the one pictured. When I opened the package it was totally a different upper. I called and was told they "accidentally" had the wrong picture posted on the site and when I asked why the written description didn't even describe the upper they did not have an answer. They did not offer any kind of compensation but they did offer to send the correct upper as pictured and described in the listing for more money than they already took from me. Unmistakably a case of false advertising in an attempt to up the sales. Webyshops is not to be trusted they are very misleading and I would not recommend them at all. I would strongly urge you to do business elsewhere.

I ordered the Leupold QRW rings and had them in just a few days, well-packed and, of course, new in package. Good price as well. I really cannot think of a way to improve this service!

For what I was looking for there was a nice selection at great prices. My order was processed and shipped quickly. I had reason to call Customer Service and they answered quickly, politely and professionally.
I ordered scope rings and they are missing one screw. Kind of an important one, due to the fact it holds the ring to the rail. I am going to have to source on to make it work and I'm pretty pissed that they are selling thins that are either returns or defective.
I placed an online order with coupon and it was cancelled 5 days later. The company said they had not updated their inventory since January and would not honor the order because the price changed? Terrible customer service and they do not honor online prices!

Good pricing on my order. Was notified that my item was on back order (2-4 weeks). Well, it took 8 weeks to receive but the wait was worth it.
I looked high and low for the best price I could find for a Magpul LRS stock. Found prices ranging from $254.00 to a low of $188.00. Naturally, I purchased the low end price from WebyShops.com. The only reason this is not a 5 Star rating, was I received an email from Customer Service stating that the item ordered was actually out of stock and the website didn't reflect that fact. I did in fact get the best price, but I did wait an additional two weeks to receive the item. That aside, I will look here for merchandise I want it the future. Have to add that I did speak to Customer Service twice and did receive call back too... hence the 5 stars in the detailed ratings area.
Over all probably would still Purchase more items.

This Nikon EFR scope was on sale but everywhere was on backorder. Not only that, everywhere were more expensive than Webyshops who have this scope in stock, I ordered one on Friday with free shipping option, they shipped out the scope on Saturday. Not the cheapo ground service like other vendor, but Priority Mail! I received the scope on the Tuesday.

I ordered the same item twice (Leupold AR Scope Mount), once in January and once in April.
Both times the item arrived quickly an for a decent price. Always go back to Weby Shops website when looking for new gun parts.

This was my first, and last, purchase from Webyshops. Was searching for some Burris scope rings and these guys had a good price and claimed to have them in stock. So, after reading the online reviews I decided to take a chance. Part was supposed to ship the next day. After a few days, I checked the status and parts hadn't shipped yet. Couple days later, same status. So I shoot them an email asking what's up. I get a response that, "Due to bad weather we weren't able to ship. Part will ship this week." I'm mildly annoyed, but you can't control the weather.
So the part doesn't end up shipping that week and I contact them again the next week. "Sorry, we ran out of this part. It's due today and will ship out same day." OK, so they probably never really had the part in stock in the first place. Of course the part didn't ship that same day, or the next day, or the next day...
I decide to cancel the order (yeah, should've done this a lot sooner) so I call up the customer service number. Nobody answers it. Of course, no way to cancel via the website either. A few days later they finally respond to my email. They ignore the request to cancel, but finally ship the part a couple days later.
Recently purchased a Leupold VXR 3-9 firedot scope from Webyshops and found it to be an extremely positive experience. They had this premium scope in stock, their website is very easy to nsvigate, and service was prompt. They have become my go to site, and I am now awaiting Leupold rings and mounts which Webyshops had to special order for my Weatherby Mark V 378 magnum.
