Wanted a scope that was under US export restrictions, most of weby shops competition or big brand online shops wouldnot entertain selling outside of the CONUS. Webbyshops have it down to a T with a one page form to be signed and returned and they ship within 24 hours of reciving the form. 100% helpful staff on all points
Shooters in Europe make it is a black art to export a riflescope from the USA. Webbyshops make it as easy as ordering a pizza.

They shipped me used night sights, denied it was even possible when I complained, and then refused to send me a return label. I finally had to go over their heads for a refund. I will never be purchasing anything from them again, and I urge shoppers to look elsewhere for your needs.

Ordered. 22lr ammo limit of 5 boxes that became OOS quickly after being advertised online for a good price. WebyShops offered Item to be shipped when available. Sure enough it became available again in less than a month. I emailed WebyShops about the order. CS replied via email that items were shipped immediately. In less than a week, 5 boxes of the much difficult to find. 22lr. Came in the mail post haste. WebyShops pulled through on Christmas for me.
Ordered 22 long rifle shells, site said free shipping on everything including ammo. Got charged freight anyway. Customer service said free shipping was a mistake. I've seen other messed up pricing on this site. Stay happy & avoid sites like these.
I enjoyed shopping on the site. The only drawback is when the delivery man showed me an additional invoice together with my package.
I am not happy at all with this transaction. I got charged 2 different amounts on my credit card one stayed in pending for 2 months holding my money. When i got the item one was broke the other i tried to use and it broke on the first load of 22 shells. This led to a breach fire which blew metal in my face and hand. Avoid this place and avoid these crap gun magazines.
I ordered a conventional fishing rod. A week later I received a spinning rod. I called them to try to get things switched. They said the manager was gone and would have the manager call when they got in. I ended up calling a few hours later and they told me I could get the rod on Amazon and then they took my information to send me instructions to return the spinning rod and would immediately credit my account. That never happened and I still have the spinning rod that I never ordered. How many times do I have to be aggressive to get a return? The most unprofessional, shady business I have ever tried to do business with.
I ordered a pistol that was advertised with an ambi safety however manufacturer listed part number as RH only. I called and had them double check - in store not drop shop - good! And it was in fact RH. Cancelled order and ordered another brand. Very fast shipping, responsive staff and email/web updates, and good prices.

I ordered a scope ring for a rifle, it isn't what is advertised. It's a black color although packaging says blue. It does not fit my rifle properly. They offered to refund at my cosy to ship back. It pretty much defeated the savings of purchasing from their store. My contact was very pleasant to work with. A returning customer is ALWAYS a happy customer, regardless of policy...

Ordered two Galco holsters through Amazon, orders were filled by Webyshops. Neither holster fit the handgun! I've been purchasing holsters for 30 years and had never, before this, gotten a holster that did not fit the weapon. Webyshops would not authorize return since it was just beyond the 30-day return policy. So, be sure to verify your products as soon as you receive them from Webyshops!
Bought the Ruger BX Trigger from the web sight. Very easy to order from Webyshops.com. Very fast shipping took 4 days to get to Idaho. Will order from them again.
