Great service and my order was supposed to be shipped ground but as actually sent as priority so I got my item within 4 days. I would definitely order from them again.

It's nice to Email someone on a Friday night at 8pm and have your emails answered within minutes. He also shipped my product on Saturday for delivery on the following MONDAY! I ordered a Hawke Panorama scope. Price was average, the shipping was quick but the packaging of the scope was below par. In box shipped USPS witha piece of paper. Yeah not much protection. The scope reticle was too fine for my old eyes so I reuturned it. I contacted customer service for RA and go an immediate reponse back with all information I needed to returned. They credited my card 201.99 of the 209.99 spent. A $8 restock fee? I was not happy about that.

They were the only supplier that had what I needed. They were extremely courteous and accommodating. In addition, there were no taxes and FREE shipping" I saved over $100! The scope arrived quickly and in great packaging. Excellent Service and would DEFINITELY buy from them again!
Nothing bad to say about the site. They processed the order quickly (same day I placed it) and the shipment was received in quickly and well packaged. Free shipping is always a bonus, of course. The prices were reasonable and the selection is decent. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.
After searching for a site to ship burris products internationaly (australia) I found webys. Ordered burris 3x9x50 fullfield and it turned up a week later. Only critisim is postage was quoted as being International express@ $50, but when the parcel arived it had been sent priorty post. The time delay didn' worry me just the extra $25 postage.
I purchased a Bushnell 6-24x40 Elite side-focus scope from Webyshops. This was my fourth attempt to get the correct scope shipped to me since three other sellers had sent a scope without the side focus that they had advertised. I called Weby and asked if they would open the box, take the scope out and check that it actually had the side focus feature. They did this while I was on the phone with them. I made the transaction on the phone and I had the scope in my hands in four days. Great service!
Although the item was back ordered, I still received my scope much faster than was predicted. Customer service was great. I would highly recommend this site to my friends.
I was unaware of webyshops.com untill I stumbled on to it through bigpond search engine, so I was not sure of the set up of it and how it worked for International customers and flr me Australia. There was from memory a stock issue but I was contacted by a Lady who helped me choose a similar product of which I am most pleased she did as it is better than my original item. Outstanding customer service and super fast order fulfillment. Placed a total of three orders and each time seller has proved to be extremely reliable. In one instance I've called customer service to inquire about an item availability and they offered to hold an item in reserve for me for a couple of days in case I decide to make a purchase. Needless to say I did. Unsurpassed service where buyer can really feel being caters to.

This website had the cheapest scope after a search through Google Shopping. I was a little hesitant to buy from them but I ordered two scopes and they shipped and I received it after about a week, even though I paid for 2-day shipping.
I was looking for a newly released rifle scope and all of the "popular" places online that sell scopes either did not have the scope in stock or had the scope listed as in stock on their website but when I contacted them they in fact did not have the scope in stock and it was on back order. I emailed Webyshops on a Saturday night inquiring about the scope and within 1 hour I got a reply back that they in fact did have the scope in stock. I placed the order Saturday night and it shipped out Monday. I received the scope the next day. The scope was packed very good with no damage to the enclosed rife scope box. These guys are the real deal. You can feel confident in ordering from them. I'll be placing my future scope orders through them.
I had a great experience with this website. The customer service representatives were very helpful and friendly. My Zeiss scope arrived exactly as planned and works great! I will be able to save a lot of time on future purchases because I don't have to shop around anymore.
I ordered the EO Tech MPO II. First I went with OpticsPlanet and I waited 2 months on something they didn't have so I cancelled the order and found WebyShops. With this site I received the item within 2 days. They have excellent customer service. They are honest and damn reliable. I will definitely buy from WebyShop again.
