I have had only good-great experiences with this website/ online store. Their product description is very accurate. And the are very quick in their shipping. And the nice part is that they require you to sign for the package so both you and they know that it was received and not lost somewhere in transit.

Because it was a Christmas present for my husband, I had the item mailed to my work address instead of my home address. Within an hour, I received a phone call from Webyshops, wanting to verify this & make sure someone else wasn't trying to use my address. I really appreciated it, and as i was talking to the rep, realized I"d entered the address wrong - he fixed it and I received the gift extremely quickly. Thank you!

Had called and talked to customer service about acouple of items on prices and shipping, really friendly to talk to and had no problem in asking for information on products. Called back with a order of the 2 items we had talked about and both items where shipped same day, both items showed up less then a week later! Very nice... A+
