I bought a set of sights for my pistol from WebyShops through Amazon.com, and had a warranty-covered issue with them. The manufacturer wanted me to jump through a lot of hoops to get anything done about it, but WebyShops gladly sent me a new set, and sent me the appropriate return authorization documentation to return the defective set. I paid for the new set up front, but just as soon as WebyShops received the defective set, I received a full refund. They went above and beyond to assure me a great customer experience. Thank you WebyShops, and thank you Mirah, for awesome customer service! I'll definitely be back for more purchases at WebyShops!

These guys know customer service, without a doubt. When I called to order a Vortex Viper PST 4-16x50, there were only two left in stock and one was being sold to another customer. I was a bit nervous to give them my CC info, in the event that they would find something wrong with the scope and have to send it back to Vortex for a replacement. But the man I talked to, Alex G, assured me that the scope was in fact ready to ship that day. Long story short, Webyshops.com will be getting more of business. Joseph K.
I ordered the Nikon Monarch 3 binoculars. Upon arrival I noticed that the binoculars were damaged during shipping (it happens). I placed a call to Webyshops and they handled the problem like a pro. They even emailed me a shipping label to send back my damaged binocs. Shipping was super fast and free! My interaction with their Customer Service was extremely pleasant. Received my Burris AR-332 scope in 3 business days. Great delivery, great scope for the price! However, the webyshops.com web site stated a lifetime warranty for this scope but the warranty received with the scope was for only one year. This was one of the main reasons the scope was purchased through this site. I sure hope that if anything goes wrong... webyshops will stand behind their published warranty claim.
