Looked at eBay for a monocular and found one that I wanted. I decided to search to see if I could find a better price and Webyshop had a better deal. I did not notice that the item was back ordered when I placed the order. I received an email from webyshops informing that it was back ordered and my payment would not be processed until the item shipped. I called up and asked when they thought the item would be in stock, after a couple of minutes on hold the associate informed me that it would be in stock the following day. Sure enough I had the monocular 2 days later.
Top of the line merchandise, great price, fast service and free shipping. What else can you ask for?

Website was incomplete so spent time calling and ordering. Never got any confirmation but was told it would be shipped out immediately. Never came. After 2 weeks I called and told it was out of stock. I was then told it had arrived and would ship that day and I would get a email with tacking #. I didn't get one. Three days later I called again and was told they didn't know why it was not shipped. I told them if I didn't see proof that day of an accelerated shipping, I would cancel order. It came 3 days later. Good price was the only good experience.

The customer service department was great! I was able to speak to a real person that I could understand. When my credit card company held payment because of suspected fraud, the customer service people contacted me and were really nice about the mix up (there was no fraud - false positive). They got everything taken care of and answered my questions regarding shipping dates/times, rebate information, and product quality. Great people and good prices!

I had called on a Shepherd Scope that you showed in stock but did not have & was told you would fix showing it in stock. I was also told you would check on this scope & you would call me & you did just that. I was really impress with the call back & how fast I got the scope. I really liked the free shipping & no tax. My experience with webyshops.com has been great. I ordered 2 Redfield Revolution 4-12x40 Accu-Range scopes. The price was so low compare to my local gun shops, I ordered two. Heck, the 3-9x40 cost more locally. My scopes were shipped fast and packaged well to protect my new investment. I will definitly be back!
Yes, the price for the sunglasses I bought was the best around - but they were not the model that the manufacturer said it should have been. (The item numbers matched from this website to the manufacturers', but the features were not the same as the manufacturers website - i. E. the ones on this website must have been a previous version of the product.)
