Even though I received the wrong item #, I still will give webyshops 5 stars due to their excellent customer service and turn around time plus a prepaid return label.

We ordered ammo magazines. The order was promptly processed and entered the shipping process in just a few hours. We were notified when the order was recevied and every time the order moved ahead in the process. We received the order a day or two early and the product was exactly as described. It was a very good online shopping experience.

I ordered an item that I was having trouble finding in stock anywhere. Come to find out it was on back order here as well, I found that out after placing the order. Jeb Doyle sent me an email stating that fact, within one day, get that, "1" day, Jeb had located my item and it was on its way. It got here faster than the original shipping date said it would. I order a Burris Fastfire Reddot III, but you ship a Burris Scope ( great value but don't order and don't need it!) Had to pay 105 usd import fees here in Beklgium to receive the parcel, that normal but needed the Reddot.)

I am very pleased with webyshops. I did have an issue with a TruGlo red dot sight that was defective and I needed to have it returned.The customer service dept WAS GREAT. I really hate to return products. BUT THEY MADE THE PROCESS VERY EASY. THANK YOU
