They have TERRIBLE customer service! I ordered a rifle scope and two and a half weeks passed, no scope. I called, and was told that they shipped to wrong address, would reship, another 10 days NO scope. Wanted a refund and it was harder than the IRS to finally get my money back. GO ELSEWHERE!
We had a AR accessory backorder for 6 months or more. They e-mailed and asked if we still wanted the item when it came in and we said yes and finally got it. Thanks for not forgetting us on hard to find items these days & getting it shipped quickly once in stock. Still waiting for one more item to come in stock.
I'm from Canada and I bought a high end Leupold scope. Great saving compare to the Canadian market. Seamless support with the import/export certificates, easy experience, no surprise. I was helped by Jared Devine at Webyshops and awesome service.
There is no reason anymore to go through the Canadian distributor who drives the retail price up by about 40% because they'd like to believe that they have the monopoly of import fictitiously protected by the controlled good regulations.

And don't worry for the after sale service if you buy directly from US, Leupold service is excellent no matter where you are from.

The EOtech EXPS3-0 is selling like hotcakes... I stumbled upon Webyshops and it showed they had the item in stock, I even emailed the cs and confirmed... so I I ordered on the spot.
The next day I got a call and was told there was some sort of typo and the item was actually out, BUT I was promised they had two on order coming from the warehouse and will be shipped soon as they arrive, two days later I got email that the item has been shipped, they even threw in free laser bore sighter as bonus, over all the experience was pleasant and hassle free, price was competitive as well.
Ordered product and website never stated a signature was required for delivery. After fist attempt to delivery by UPS I call CS at Weeyshops and they would not redirect my order to another address, even though UPS stated they could. It has been 3 weeks now package was returned and I still have not got credit for my order. CS was of NO help and offered none. I would stay away from this website.

Excellent website. I had a technical question about a Vortex scope and had an answere within a couple of hours. Ordered the scope the same day with 4-7 days delivery. Scope arrived 3 days later. Packaging was done very well. Scope has been mounted and boresighted but I haven't had a chance to use it.;-)

Not only did I get a good price and express shipping, but customer service worked to get hard to find pieces.
