Was cheated into buying their eCommerce website design and paid in full. Then they not only cant deliver on time, they gave MANY excuses and try to smoke their way through. Wanted to complain to CASE, then they do abit. Took 7 months to get a lousy site out and thousands of complains. Finally, had to ask another company to re-do it. Worst company that i have ever came across in Singapore. These are the terrble people who caused so much trouble to our company: *******@top3.com.sg and *******@top3.com.sg
