You are better to hire monkeys and pay them bananas these guys are great at promising a date and your car will be shipped they then leave it in some parking lot for months until they find the cheeper option to send I am sure you would be better off with anyone literally anyone else completely incompetent do not use if you value your car

Carriers don't carry cars for this company they dot pay at delivery the agreed amount, people at office terrible people, I did a delivery for them and they remove $100 from my check, terrible company, don't recommend for carrier

I have worked with West Coast Shipping a couple of times now. Alex, their COO has been a great contact. I've sent vehicles from Poland and England, all the way out to Los Angeles, California. Even during the midst of the pandemic, the team was able to deliver in a timely and effective manner.

I left my early prize Mercedes in the hands of WC Shipping for transport from Germany to Belgium then onward to Atlanta and then finally to its new home in New York. All documents we handled correctly the first time, flew through all the customs checks and was delivered ahead of schedule. Thanks Alex, Felix and Tanya for everything!

My car (together with two other cars) was supposed to be shipped from New Jersey to Bremerhafen, and arrive on September 4th. Then something happened, and the latest is that the container was put on hold due to customs - with no reason for holding the container - all documents are ok. I may not see my car until November, and with a threat to pay thousands of dollars for storage costs in the meantime. Communication from West Cost Shipping is very poor. More to come as the situation evolves, but has anybody else had the same experience?

I shipped out two vehicles from Seattle to Copenhagen, Denmark, and one of the vehicles I asked to ship back to Seattle, as in Denmark custom's fees were 150% :). The other vehicle was electric, Tesla Model 3, so the costs were acceptable.
West Coast Shipping did a very good job with those shipments and I definitely recommend this company.

The service was amazing, keep up with you,,, and help you sort the paper work. Very professional and very quick, I highly recommend their service.
Even I wanted to ship a massive truck but they still made it happen.

By being responsible with peoples stuff. Thing I packed inside the cab of my truck arrived outside of the cab damaged and when I emailed they are not excepting responsibility. My truck has scratches down the side and arrived with a screw in the tire from their shipping yard. My newborns walker "new" was what was in the cab of truck. Has missing wheel and freeze and scratches all over it. If you value your possessions that you've worked hard for I'd definitely go with a different company. I moved to Dubai and eventually will be moving back to the states. But will most definitely not use this company again

I shipped 5 classic cars with WCS and all arrived badly damaged, there are before and after photos of the vehicles it is a clear cut case.
They walked all over the roof and trunk of the vehicles, spilled chemicals on the paint, dented panels, smashed windows, ripped interior and more.
I had to get a loan to fix the damages and they have been trying to avoid reimbursing me the damages money. I provided all the paperwork they requested but they are very unprofessional and will now not respond to my emails chasing up the situation.
It has now been over 6 months and still no money.

I strongly advise not using WCS as they do not care about vehicles at all and are unprofessional.

We recently made the mistake of shipping a car with West Coast Shipping and if you are reading this because you are considering using them as well DO NOT. The entire process was convoluted and the customer service was horrible. Our "dedicated agent" did not take phone calls and if we were lucky would return a missed call with a vague and occasionally incorrect email. We were given quotes and sold a product that were far from what was delivered. As a cherry on top of a ridiculous experience when we went to pick the car up from customs we sat in the office for over an hour waiting for the driver that we were instructed had arrived. When we finally reached an agent with West Coast I was unapologeticly told to "Knock on the back window of his car to see if he was sleeping in the back seat"... he was. I cannot reiterate enough what a mistake it was to select West Coast Shipping and only hope this review prevents others from making the same mistake we did. An international move is stressful enough without the "White glove service" of these goons.
