Parking was efficient and in accordance with my prior booking only realized issue was with respect to the manner of payment which was not explained at all by the payment window!

Made the trip into New York absolutely painless. Pulled in, attendant took car, and off we went! Upon return, car was retrieved in minutes, and we were on the way out. This is the way to park when visiting New York. Price was very reasonable.

Since the door shutter is closed, have to wait for attendant to open the shutter. I thought the garage was closed and left. Drove around and backed, this time the attendant saw me and opened the shutter. Very good facility. Attendants were very nice.

The location is clean and the employees are extremely kind. They wear masks! Your vehicle remains in good condition and you never have to wait. One of my favorite Icon lots. It's a great option if you are going anywhere.

I booked this online. Everything went very well but the Garage's address is not posted where the actual garage is. It was a little hard to find. Otherwise everything was fine.

I made a reservation about 2 hours before I was to arrive in the City and was nervous because a number of garages that I checked were booked. This one was about 10 blocks from where I was meeting a friend for dinner, but I was able to make a reservation, quickly drop my car off and be on my way to dinner. When I finished my dinner, I was able to quickly retrieve my car and be on my way. Just make sure you go to the correct garage.

I had no negative issues, I pre-paid online. Drove into garage guys working were polite & when I retrieved my car all was well. No issues with my prepaid receipt.

Perfect location to park if you are attending a show. Walked out of the theater on a freezing winter night and was in a warm car within 5 minutes. Good service!

Everything was perfect. The only thing that I would suggest is that they offer a receipt after payment. Behind the glass and sometimes they just run out without asking. Then it's difficult to catch them for the receipt.
