Make money off of people with delayed flights

Paid $65.46 for 4 days but when flight got delayed and the shuttle did not show up to pick us up, they charged $44 for 3 hours of delay!

Although it was expensive, i hadn't been in this part of the city for years, so i made a reservation. The attendant was very nice, prompt and courteous. I didn't have to wait at all. I guess it's not as busy as the midtown icon garages, so the attendants there aren't as courteous.

The main reason

WAY IS a scam. Yes, if everything goes good, they're fine. If you own a business where they are supposed to forward you payment for the services you provided. FORGET IT.

BEWARE! If you are a business and WAY offers to get you new customers, understand that it may work out at first but if they need money to pay other customers, you may have to wait a few months to get yours. If you ever get it!

I happened to park on a day when Icon offered a coupon code. I got a discount for the 3 hours I parked. Easy to find, tight driveway (but thats NYC) and initially my number did not work to send a text, but eventually the attendant figured it out. Good job. Keep it up!

Ok I see lots of positive reviews on this site but funny thing is all of the other review sites- Trip Advisor et al give them one star. My experience is that the one star reviews are the most common.

My experience- I booked long-term parking thru Way at Logan airport. My flight schedule changed so I never parked in the long-term lot. I notified Way the next morning asking to shift my parking reservation by a couple of days so that I could work out a new flight. I was NOT asking for a refund, simply asking that my reservation be shifted by a couple of days. They refused, stating that I needed to notify them IN ADVANCE of any change. I had NO advance knowledge of the flight change.

So, I'm out $200, while never parking the car in the long-term lot.

Best not to use this service if you expect actual service. But I do feel sorry for Shaniece M. For having to reply to all of these reviews while pretending that any of these comments will get attention at the CEO level.

Prolific spammers

I used way.com in 2018
As of today, 3Mar2022, they have e mailed me every single day since then. I have unsubscribed 20 times; I report them for spam automatically every day (>100 times so far). Nothing works.
Be ready for that if you are crazy enough to use them.

Horrible customer service

The customer is always right, Horrible customer service arguing to me about my bad experience couldn't get anywhere with that person not a manager would talk with me, I had to order a uber to get to my car, cause the shuttle wasn't running, couldn't get a refund
