Purchased a watch on their website. They listed the watch as New, in stock and ready to ship. I checked the status of the order it said

After about a week I noticed the status didn't move. Contacted them only to learn they aren't opened on Fridays and the weekends. Called again Monday, I learned that the watch had not been "sourced" and was not in their possession, they have not "located" the watch even though the website said it was in stock and ready to ship! One month later, the order status has not changed and they DO NOT have the watch in their possession. They have this thing of trying to frighten persons with cancellations changing a 3-4% restocking fee, but how are you going to change a restocking fee on something that isn't even in stock! Anyways I will be contacting my bank as reporting this as FRAUD!

I always recommend this website to all my friends and family. Purchased several watches from watch rapport.

This company is a sham. They copy the listings of other, legitimate watch resellers, and they collect your money up-front. Then, after holding your funds for 4-6 weeks, they inform you that they can't fulfill your order, and that you will receive a full refund in 15 business days. But the refund never comes on its own. You have to actually call after the 15 business day waiting period, and then they open an "escalation ticket", which is just another excuse to keep your money as long as possible.
The entire business is a scam designed to earn money off the interest float they enjoy until you scream loud enough, threaten a lawsuit, or formally dispute the original charge with your credit card company.

Don't fall for their ridiculous star rating. The positive reviews are from profiles that are obviously fake accounts. If you filter the reviews to only show "verified purchasers", you'll their true 1-star rating. Run, as fast as you can, away from this "business".

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is not a legit company. I've been waiting for a refund for 9 days and every single day I get an email that it will be "refunded in 15 days." This is a ponzi scheme. They make money off holding "loaned money" for extended periods of time. Look up the "Zadeh Kicks" situation. This is identical.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH WATCH RAPPORT! Buyer beware. Pre-ordered a watch for roughly $12,000 USD. Watch was supposed to come in within 6 months. Watch was never delivered. They will not even send update emails. You will have to hound them. Ordered was cancelled eventually. They sent me an email saying that I would receive my refund within 15 days or so. Refund never came. Then they sent me a bogus link with information saying the refund was sent to my credit card company. I then contacted my credit card company. They did not receive the refund on the date stated from the bogus link. A fraud investigation has been launched. This is not only wrong, this is illegal. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH WATCH RAPPORT!

Order a watch as website stated in stock. Waited 4 weeks to find out that they don't stock they source and buy. Cancelled order and 14 days later still waiting for my money back. Took 1 day to collect my money amd now has taken over 14 days amd counting to get back. Never will I order sgain.

Wow I never leave bad reviews and I look down on people that do. But they took 6000 and never sent me anything. 5 months ago! The calls go straight to a call center that has no way of contacting them.

I purchased a watch from them and after my purchase, I was calling to check on the tracking information and I have called eight times and every time they say that no one is available to speak with me. Do not do business with this company. They are a joke. I am in dispute and trying to recover my money.

Don't do pre Order neither for Rolex or Patek. YOU Money will stuck even after 6 months wait and you won't get anything big scam to flip your money for almost a year. I purchased Rolex Panda and Platinum Day Date. Waited almost a year and since it was long time wait Amex waited almost 32 days to honor a charge back.
