More information was needed purchasing such an expensive item. The authenticity etc. But once I registered with the actual TAG website this was confirmed. But Overall the whole Watchmaxx experience was positive and would buy from them definitely again.

I believe my chronograph hand was not resetting to the exact 12 o'clock position, so I sent it back for replacement/repair. Unfortunately, I was told it was perfectly aligned and they just sent it back to me. There is no mistaking that the hand is not resetting tot he 12 o'clock position. It's not terribly upsetting as I love my watch but I am upset that I spent nearly $4K and I was essentially brushed aside. I buy high end watches, butthey lost me as a future customer.
