The process was straight forward. I hadn't purchased from WatchMaxx before found everything exactly as expected. I've used only a few online watch vendors in the past wanting to have a clear idea of product and experiance. I found using WatchMaxx just as comfortable and simple as my previous purchases, which I find important with so many options online. I will use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.
