This watch advertised a special braclet for 40.00 when you applied code WMPN25. The screen came back and said it did not qualify. I think this is false advertising. I tried it several times i.e. Bringing up the initial screen, ordering, getting the red statement saying it qualified and then ordering the item only to see that it does not qualify. This is nog good
I tried to contact them by email three times with clear instructions asking to return an item and they just kept asking questions if it was in the original packing that was sent. But I had already told them that in the first email. I finally had to call and request for a return only to find out that they are closed on friday's and weekends. So that delayed my return for a week since they didn't answer my emails. Also, I had to pay for the return myself and pay insurance which was about $30. I will not be buying anything from them again. Really a difficult and expensive process if you need to return something.
