Great experience, except for changing, billing address, it always says same as shipping address.

Simple and easy. It is how it should be. They even change the delivery to hold it at the UPS warehouse for me to pick it up, while the delivery was on transit. Great customer service.

Smooth experience from browsing to checkout. But ordered on a Friday morning and chose next day service. Yet I didn't receive the package till Monday. I wish there were more clear indications for ordering close to the weekend.
