Overall, it was an okay experience. There was a significant delay to me actually receiving this watch. I initially ordered it in late May with a June 25 th delivery date. I had to contact customer service several times and finally when the watch 'came in' I had to re- order it but the good news it that it was significantly less in cost than my original order. I love the watch!

I had a different watch in my bag but did not complete the transaction quickly enough and it was removed and is now sold out. If you had emailed me I would have bought it before it sold out - feeling like I lost out for sure...
