Watch box had been opened and various items were not in the proper place.

My original order was delayed due to watch not being readily in stock. I messaged WatchMaxx with a request to change my order for a similar one 'ready to ship'. The response was vey quick, the order changed and received my new watch in two days.

Easy to navigate website, and my watch was shipped the same day I ordered it. Got exactly what I wanted, very happy with my purchase.

Watch received fine. The style would not fit my wife's wrist, so I have returned the watch for refund. If Watchmax processes my return promptly, I will be completely satisfied.
